Well the room no 1 , had dated furniture, could have been replaced. There are many books which reduces the storage space for guests. The doors of the storage space need to be updated, it is creaky.

Alea rooms location is great, right in the heart of the city, the breakfast is served to you in the room which adds a touch of luxury. The olive oil soap is great and their Whats-app based responses are quick and prompt.

Breakfast coffee was cold Bed was very firm compared to what I have seen in other hotels. Storage space had books, could have been empty to keep guest items. Another cupboard was not properly operational at all.

It wasn't very clean, and the towels were a bit old. They only change the towels every three days, which is acceptable, but if you need new towels earlier for any reason, they charge €5. Due to the vintage style and old furniture, there was a bit of a smell. There were also no hangers for towels.

The apartment was spacious and comfortable, with a vintage style. The host was responsive and friendly. The location is good, close to the city center.

The doors lock on there own so if you forget the key out there is no staff at the property to be able to get in. If there is some measure to be able to fix this it would be better.

Spacious and well equipped room in an apartment complex located a few minutes walk from the main square and approximately half an hour walk from the railway station. Would go back to the same place and would recommend to friends.

The fridge in my room was next to my bed and sometimes the noise of the fridge would start during the night, making it harder to fall asleep. In the price I paid no breakfast was included

The place was nice, clean, easy of access and no need to wait or anything to get the keys. No personal but none was needed. Good location as well

Very noisy. There was a construction site right across the street, thin walls and the doors of the different apartments are slamming very hard. I had difficulties getting enough sleep.

It was easy to check in and very spacious room. If you want to save some money there is a free parking at Piazzale Vittime Del Terrorismo (10 min walk)

This room was booked for my husband's brother and his wife from Benevento. They found it very comfortable, spacious and quiet. They loved the shower water pressure. The free street parking close by was a bonus as they had a car. The local cafes for coffee were enjoyed as they are frequented by locals. Well priced.

In the shower cubicle there is no soap holder for shampoo etc. The fan in the bathroom only lasts for about 1 minute so the steam quickly builds up on the mirror.

The location was good for us as we enjoy walking. For someone who would find walking a kilometre into the Old City too far and walking to the train station quite a bit further then I would suggest you find something closer to both places. It is a quiet area, close to good cheap cafes for light meals. Close to free street parking if you have a car. The staff in the mornings were very friendly and helpful. The room very clean. The place is very secure and easy check in with communication via WhatsApp. The shower was great and the room spacious.

It could have been a little cleaner, the ventilation in the bathroom works just for a brief moment and there is no bidet.

The position is very good, one may easily park their own car. There is a good air conditioning system, the check-in and check-out “manouvre” is quick and simple.

There was no fridge in the room which was disappointing as the weather was very hot, it would have been good to have cold water / sodas in the room. Additionally we had purchased some cheese / snacks and we could not keep them chilled in the room. Also the bathroom doors were not the best (the doors were transparent) as we stayed as a family. Overall I think the decoration is a bit dated, it needs a renovation. The double bed was comfortable however the single beds (for the kids) were very simple, I would have expected something more stable / comfy.

Breakfast was ok. The location of the hotel was very good. We were able to reach the historic center pretty quick by foot. We were able to park the car outside, nothing to complain.
