Small issues: Tiny lift could be inconvenient for few people with baggage, but it is part of experience of living in historic building 😊 Dimensional proportion of shower cabin is a bit uncomfortable. Bed is very comfortable but it consisted of two twin beds. There is very noisy restaurant nearby so sleeping with open windows is not an option.

The hotel was older, but was beautifully, kept and very clean, and a perfect location right near the Ponte Vecchio. The staff was wonderful.

Everything about this hotel was wonderful. The breakfast was lovely. The staff were extremely helpful in particular with our luggage which had been lost by the airline. We will come again if we return to Florence.

Nothing not to like, but do note that the lift can be accessed after climbing a flight of stairs and it can be difficult if you have big and heavy luggage, but that's almost everywhere in florence especially if you want to stay at the center.

Wonderful location and quite spacious rooms keeping Florence in mind. Andrea was very helpful with suggestions and bookings. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

Very convenient location. Friendly staff. Allowed us to store luggage for several hours after we checked out. Breakfast on site has plenty of variety to choose from.

Everything was fine. The location is ideal. Noise from street outside but not unacceptable. Staff were very helpful and provided a kettle and cup and saucer and milk in my room when requested. They called a taxi the morning I left, which came very quickly.

The hotel is situated perfectly to walk through the beautiful streets of Florence and visit the Uffizi Gallery. We enjoyed opening the grand old shutters and window to look over the roof tops and down into cobbled stone street below filled with interesting shops, restaurants and old apartment buildings.

The check-in desk and rooms are up three flights of steep stairs. There is a small elevator, but getting up the stairs could be a problem for anyone who has trouble climbing.

Location was great. Staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Monte who was gracious and charming. Room was clean and met our 2 person needs.

Very impressed overall. Couldn't adjust the air con/room temperature, but had the option of additional blankets in the room.

Nice room, bathroom small but kept very clean, all you need. Location was excellent! Less than 5mins to Ponte Vecchio.

The location of our room was difficult to access with luggage, because of staircases to and from elevator.

The stairs with luggage are an issue for people that can’t carry and lift heavy luggage up and down stairs.

The location of the hotel is great and the staff was very friendly and helpful. There was a mix-up with our reservation and we had to change rooms during our stay but we were given significant room upgrades for the trouble which was a nice way to resolve the problem. The rooms were very comfortable and clean.
