Almost no hot water in the shower, like so little you can hardly get wet. It was a joke.

The accommodation is worth the price – decent and tidy for a place to sleep. The toilet was also ok, you can smell a strange smell, but it's not that unpleasant. Note: If it matters to you, the room didn't have a safe. Right next to the hotel there is a snack bar where you can get coffee to go and something to eat in the morning, there is also a mini market. It is important to note that there are several hotels in the same building, so don't be confused by that. The rooms are located on the fifth floor, while the reception is on the ground floor. There is an elevator in the building, which makes access easier. The reception staff is friendly and helpful, which further contributes to a pleasant stay.

Everything was great, the only thing is that the bathroom appeared to have some slight mould on the ceiling . Otherwise perfect.

Lifts were not working for entire duration of our stay and having to navigate stairs for several flights was annoying after spending much time walking during the day visiting the various tourist sites.

We did not have hot water in the shower for the first couple of days.

The room was clean (staff cleans it everyday), staff is available 24/7 and they were helpful and friendly. Very close to the train station. Slippers and coffee are provided, and there is an electric kettle in the room, as well as TV.

Upon arriving it was a bit confusing, as there’s multiple hotels in the same building.

It was clean, and had everything it needed. When we first arrived, the light in the room was flickering. We told the staff, and an electrician fixed it a few hours later. They were really nice, and kept it clean.

They claim ac ,but it’s more like a fan . Not good cooling . The shower is small . I could barely wash my hair in it without my elbows touching the wall . The shower drain seemed clogged because it would be slow in going down . I tried to put my hat above the closet on top and it was completely filled with heavy dust ! Bad if you have allergies bc you breathe that in . I can tell they skip corners in cleaning .

Bed is exactly as shown . They also give you slippers for when you get out the shower. They have a coffee pot for you . Staff is friendly . Best part is the location . Collesium is just 2 stops away in train .

AC, was on all the time, but it was still warm in the room. Not working fridges. Not the best view from the window. But because we were in the hotel just for the nights it wasn't a big deal for us.

Good location, very close to termini. Electric kettle, so I could enjoy my morning coffee. Personel very helpful, we got room for 2 people instead of 3, before we report the issue lady was on the phone to give us new! Comfortable clean beds, TV, water and snacks

The staff was friendly and very nice, the location was really close to the Rome Termini station and a walking distance to the city center. The hotel looked better in real life when compared to the pictures. I would reccomend this hotel to anyone who is visiting Rome on a lower budget but still wants a nice, clean and convenient place to stay.

The door is not closed tight properly so you can hear the noise from the outside.

Some rooms are bit outdated, as well be sure to get room what you have booked (i.e. we were offered room without bath and no city view, as it was ordered in the booking. But afterwards they changed the room to street view). It is a bit noisy, you can hear your neighbours and cleaning service. In booking it was offered room with a bath but there are no baths in any of rooms.

Generally- comparing to average crazy high hotel prices in Rome, this is good choice for low costs- 3 blocks away from main station but still area is safe. Location is good for reaching metro stations (and then by metro only few stops till all the main sightseeing activities) Cleaning service comes every day and also towels are changed.

Very messy stairwell.

The room was clean and tidy. Wery good location if you wanna trip by bus, train or metro. Its calm enough outside. Staff was kind and helpful, internet was very good.

They dont have internet in rooms! Like turists we need wi fi for maps, taxi, calls and planing. Think about that.
