at 30°C+ degree weather it didn’t have ac, no sockets to charge your electronics in the room (only in the kitchen), always clogged bathroom sink, the lady who runs the hostel also slept in the same room and snored very loud. And turns out, that not everyone gets keys to the hostel, so you have to stay outside and just wait for sb to let you in (:

how close it is to central station, kitchen and how close everyone was. Also the wifi was amazing

It locates near by the stations which is great. I read a lot of bad reputation beforehand, but it was not that bad.

Super chill, easy to find/access, you get what you pay for, very practical and good atmosphere. You get a towel if you need for free, which is vibes because I didn’t have one. Meet cool people, easy to trust!

May some sort of fan or even a small ac would do wonders atleast to the guy's dorm. So many ppl in this heat. Yes there was no lock in a shower and toilet but it wasn't that much of problem

The location is good because its in the center of Napoly and you have the transport nearby.

The entire place needs an upgrade, beds are squeaky, womens bathroom is a shocker & thought I'd get electricuted by the light switch. A full revamp is definitely needed. No hot water, couldn't wait to leave.

We were greeted & met a wonderful welcoming happy young lady. She was very positive, adorably bright.

Very noisy. One bathroom for 6-7 people - often occupied. Be ready for extra beds in your rooms (? due to seasonal bed pressures ?or any other reason - don’t know). Not all the beds have the sockets - so people charging their phones in the kitchen.

Very very cheap option - if you have already spent all your money and just need to stay one night before your morning flight. Nice balcony. Nice staff.

I always stay at Alexander hostel when travelling to Naples. Best location I could find, 2 minutes walk to garibaldi. Brian is always kind and super helpful. Yuri and Angela are amazing top staff too.

These people are cruel, they stole my private towel when I asked they blamed me for keeping my things there and where really decent people,I run in verbal argument with one of the stupid thug staff there.This is my take. Toilet dirty leaking water everywhere.

It's really hard to put in words how terrible this place was. No privacy at all (there was a hole between the door and the wall), dirty bedsheets, dirty towels, a WC with a broken flush, NO INTERNET, terrible and dangerous neighborhood, apartment in a different adress than the one announced on Booking, the place had scattered construction debris, a lot of noise inside the room. For your own sake, AVOID IT AT ALL COSTS. WOMEN, DON’T GO THERE ALONE!!! It’s not safe. This place should be banned from booking.
