I don’t like to write bad reviews but bed bugs were destroying everything. that’s awful.. It ruined my further stay in this country, my my physical and mental health.

I usually give all positive reviews to the hostels. But this time is a little different because it is about health issue. Hygienic condition was the worst.. i got bed bug bites all over my body from 1st night... i hope the others not suffering from the bed bug bites...

Everybody in the reviews says this. the bathrooms are terrible. Just awful. get a plumber in for literally one day to sort the place out and almost all of your negative reviews would disappear! It’s really that simple.

You get what you pay for! Great price for a good location. The people who say the area was “dodgy” clearly didn’t research Naples before they arrived! I’m glad a place like this still exists after Covid. Many places are trying to make themselves more glamorous and therefore more pricey. this place was extremely basic but perfectly fine for a night or two.

we had mold in our room!!! there was high humidity! had private room, but don’t have key from that… we had to buy lock to lock our baggages in locker. every time someone went from his room to kitchen or toilet all the doors were creaking. in the night some host came to accommodation and over half hour they talking loud and made loud noises… bathroom was dirty at all and look terrible… we went to this accommodation only for one night because we had to extend our stay in Naples. I recommend to avoid this place!

Please fix well the lock of the toilet 😄 otherwise the girls will always go in the mens toilet!!! Remember that sometimes you need 5 cents for the lift! Justin case you don’t have 5 cents just take as much as you need in advance!!! it you can also ask downstairs in the building.

Very clean hostel with kitchen and balcony and Friendly staff! Very close to the station so you can organise to see everything easily. Nice kebab in the the same street, espresso café, bet shops, pharmacy. Also few pizza/restaurants in a parallel street for a suggestion try “Di Martino” mozzarella di bufala. You could find people selling stuff on the street, take a look because it’s an interesting experience!

Terrible hostel, I don’t recommend it, you will go through a lot of stress, there is no one at the reception, you have to find out how to open the gate to access the building, similar to a game, every moment has a phase, the bathroom has no mirror, the bed has no protection, there's no blanket, towels, the bed makes a lot of noise. That shouldn't even be on Booking.com

The location seemed a bit unsafe in the evening for a solo female traveler.

The location is really near the train station, so if you're arriving it's not a long walk. The staff were really nice and let me leave my lugagge until I caught my bus in the evening.

plug sockets didn’t work and not enough for the amount of people in the room my plug socket didn’t work and I don’t know how they expect me to have an alarm and be in a foreign country without my phone safely during the day. I said this multiple times to the staff with no action being done. Female bathroom didn’t have a secure lock on it beds were cramped male staff came in without knocking first to female only rooms really dodgy area keys left outside the hostel in sight so anyone could let themselves in really loud outside, didn’t get a wink of sleep I left after the first night

There's no security at all, keys are outside the door so anyone can enter, lockers don't work, the beds are not trustable (some tables broke out went out of their place with the weight), and the elevator is paid or it only works from up to down, not viceversa. Also the person took the city tax in cash, and after giving him 20 € and saying he would go for money to give the change, he never appeared again.

Beware! The area is very dangerous. Hostel staff don't tell you but you absolutely can not go out alone at night. If you do, take pepper spray or a weapon you can use. I was robbed in the entrance of the hostel at night. There also were no sheets for the bed, there weren't enough blankets for every person. The staff wasn't there for check in, you had to call someone and it took quite long. No working lockers and the rooms also aren't locked. Hostel staff just comes into the rooms without even knocking. Generally felt unsafe (not only because the beds were about to fall apart). It's worth it to stay in a more expensive hostel in a better part of the city. This hostel ended up losing me a lot of money because I had to get a new phone after mine was stolen. When I had to stay longer they doubled the price for the bed. Only go here in a group or don't go here at all.

although bathroom was clean on arrival it was dirty for the rest of the trip. lockers weren’t big enough to store luggage. toilet door did not lock. only one shower. no air conditioning. key box lock was temperamental meaning we were locked out of the hostel at 3am and the host was unsympathetic and unwilling to come and help us.

No hot water, dirty shared bathrooms, broken doors and locks access into building is a pain at night. Food left in kitchen area. No one really speaks/understands English. Difficulty to check in, no one on check out, mattresses were worn out. Area of town it is in is not what I'd call close to city center. Lift was broken so you have to walk up 6 flights of steps. Difficult to find. Could've slept outside and it would've been better.

Hostel was vile, only stayed 1 night even though I paid for 4. It was unsafe and unclean. There were bedbugs. Only 2 bathrooms for 30 people. No locks on any of the doors. Lockers designed so you could easily break in to them. Yes this place was cheap but if you can afford it I strongly recommend Naples Experience Hostel instead or literally ANY other place would be better.

It was dirty there were kakerlaken 🪳 and you had to wait till check in nobody was there and there is not even toilet paper in the rooms and it’s very dirty ! The bed was not comfy ! Do not book

The hostel doesn't look like the photos. Also was really dirty and was difficult to take rest since all night people wanted to enter to the hostel and rang. Hosts that were sleeping had to open the doors do they can stop disturbing.
