The room is very nice. Bathroom and kitchen is super clean and the location was so centeral. The owner of House, Alfredo is very kind man. He welcomes the customers and tries to solve all problems. He helped me a lot about going to Siena. Thanks to him, I arrived Siena very easily.

The only issue I care is the bad noisy insulation :( I am high sensitive person , Anyone walk through or start talking you can hear it’s very loud ! When gate open is very noisy at all ; especially other guest they back room in near midnight or leave in early morning;/

Nice environment and great heater system make you stay warm during night time :) small kitchen can have simple cook which is good! Wide room and towel providing ,everything’s so fine for me.

Location pretty nice, room was clean and the bathroom was shared but also clean, so it was possible to take shower, but no sleepers, so carry with you.

I dont mind sharing a bathroom if that means a better price, but this bathroom definitely needs an upgrade.

Location is 10/10, right out of the gates of the city gates and with free parking around the corner. (Although it is chaotic and you have to be early) The rooms and bathrooms are very clean and the staff works clearly hard for that. The old lady working the counter is a bit naggy, I walked towards a garden, which I wasn’t supposed apparently and she became angry. The beds are hard but okay. But everything little complaint is washed away with the location and the price you pay for the room. Stay here and spent the saved money on the local food and wine

Due to the lack of personal speaking english, we missed quite a lot information regarding our stay (instructions how to get to the shared garden, fee for washing machine..). No AC in the room, just a fan

The check-in process had a moment of confusion - we were expected to pay a small amount (under 10 Euro, I believe) directly to the woman checking us in. That was not listed in the Booking.com listing.

The location could not have been more convenient - it was like being inside the city walls but not paying "inside city wall" prices. The view from the roof patio next to the kitchen is breathtaking.

The location was perfect, especially after the hustle & bustle of Roma. Super market within the neighborhood & wonderful restaurants. Metro just 10 minute walk. Sweet aroma scent from the trees & bushes while sitting on the balcony. Facilities was efficient, especially the water pressure & very clean. 👍🏼👍🏼

A brilliant location close to the station and to the old city. The escalator makes getting to the property with luggage very easy. The room was clean and comfortable. This was a great place to stay.

There was no sponge and almost no product to wash the dishes in the kitchen so everything was dirty...

The bedroom was awesome! Old style with beautiful furniture and a painted ceiling! It was also nice to have access to the Fridge & Kitchen
