Inside, the equipment is a bit old. The room was a bit crowded and cramped, it was difficult to move around the bed, the furniture was old. Unfortunately, the room door does not shut out the noise at all. At dawn, you could hear the sound of partygoers returning home and the dragging of suitcases perfectly. (I know that the hotel is not responsible for the noise caused by the guests, but I think it would be worthwhile to replace the old one with a noise filter door.)

From the outside, the garden and the building are renovated and beautiful, like new. The room and the building were clean. The hotel was close to the promenade, where there are many restaurants and souvenir shops. The beach was very nice, umbrellas could be rented with the coupon given at the beach.

Beautifully presented property with very friendly, helpful front of house staff. Located close to the beachfront area. Lots of options for restaurants nearby. The bed was very comfortable and we slept well. We liked the personal touches in the interior decoration of the public spaces. We would happily stay again.

Room, especially bathroom would benefit from some renovation. They are fine and well maintained but ready for investment. On the other side that would probably affect the price so it is fair trade off at the moment.

Price was really budget friendly. Staff is nice and helpful. Location is perfect if you are there for beach and sea, but also ok if more focused on the city centre. Espresso is really good and front yard is nice to chill.

There was no mini fridge for our water

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The hotel is in a good location close to many restaurants and shops and also the beach. The rooms were clean and the bed was very comfortable. Would stay here again!

Perhaps the shower could have been a little more modern, but it wasn't uncomfortable

I found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. My room was basic, but comfortable and value for money, perhaps the shower could have been a little better, but otherwise no complaints. Location was perfect, just 200m a 5 min walk to the beach and bars and restaurants. Bus to the main train station was also very close by. It was also easy to walk or bike through the park towards the centre.

The room was a bit small, but totally fine if you’re not staying for too long or spending most of your time in the city / on the beach. Our bathroom was a bit older and the shower door didn’t close properly, but it was fine.

The location was great, just a short walk away from the beach. They also offer bikes for a low price. The price was also very cheap when we booked (77€ for 2 nights for a double room), so we were really happy with what we got.

The bathroom is quite small and outdated. There was mold on the walls of the shower and on the ceiling. There is little soundproof, so we could hear everything from the corridor.

A very good location near the beach and the park. We stayed with a dog and the staff were nice to offer a bowl and some food for her.

Maybe the cleanliness level has to be higher, no soap in the room, the one we had was washed down with water, towels weren't replaced even after 4 days, but when asked for, they were handed to us. The rooms were a bit smaller than advertised and the balcony surcharge was a surprise as well. The language barrier was a bit difficult at times, but we made it work.

The hotel is amazingly placed very close to the beach and also to the many restaurants from the beachfront. I liked the staff, they were very nice and helpful. The location of Rimini is good for their food. If you are looking for an affordable hotel (3 star) and also looking for a holiday to enjoy the sea and sand, then this is a very good option.

The room feels a bit cramped and its facilities are older, but sufficient.

The hotel is just 10mins walk to the beach and 20mins walk to the train station and the city. The staff is very friendly, the bed was comfortable and our stay was overall good, but nothing special. The biggest advantage was the low price which made it a very good stay for 1 night.

Cozy hotel in a lovely and peaceful neighbourhood, 5 minutes walk from the beach and 15 minutes walk from the train station. The room was comfortable and quiet, all working well. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel has a beautiful courtyard with a garden and lots of seating, perfect for a relaxing evening. Amazing value for money! Will absolutely stay again.

Nice mid-range place 50 metres from the main drag near the beach. Staff helpful, hotel clean and good value. Recommended for a near-budget stay at Rimini beach. About 17 minutes' walk through the park to the old town.

No food or drink in rooms was annoying. No fridge so you can’t even keep cold water. Shower needed a scrub. Got woken up at 8:30 by the other rooms being vacuumed already.

Walls are very thin and I would not recommend this hotel to people that sleep light. I was waking up 10 times every night because I heard the elevator, or people coming back, or the cleaning lady vacuuming and moving furniture at 8 in the morning.

The staf was very pleasant snd polite. The room was small, but we had 1 double and 1 single bed in the room. The location is convenient, the park is very close to hotel, the sea is also close, the old town is not far away. We spent here just 1 night, but it was a good experience.
