The toilet bowl seat was moving a little, and the bidet space was squeezy.

The room was spacious & and cozy, and the beds were comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is conveniently located near main tourist spots such as the main piazza, castle and the old town.

Breakfast was very small in terms of choice, no milk at the table. Packed sweets. The shower sewer was slow. TV was little.

The parking was not easy to find. I used an open underground car park but after doing 3 laps. My fault, Imshould have ask!

The lighting in the bedroom was very dim, making reading (or working) difficult.

The hotel is recently refurbished in a light, modern style yet is located in an old building on the edge of the historic centre. The staff were really friendly and the room was large and comfortable. There is a bar & restaurant with good, well priced food & drinks & a good morning breakfast.

The hotel is very well located. The historic city centre was only a 5-minute walk from the hotel. The old town seemed quite noisy, so it was especially nice that the hotel was not completely in the old town, so it was very quiet at night. The receptionist was very nice, recommended good restaurants in town and had something nice to say to us every day when we left or arrived, but the whole staff was very nice to us. The room was comfortable and clean, they came every day to clean and change towels. Breakfast was simple but tasty.

Location is a bit hidden. Obnoxious and racist receptionist. Specifically the guy who looked like to be the owner. He has some issues with people from the Philippines. His attitude changed the moment he knew where I came from.

Cleanliness of the room. Secured parking. Refreshing body wash. Sky cable TV.

There was not much that we did not like. The bathroom was a little cramped in that the shower door and the bathroom door, it was either one or the other opened. But this is a small detail.

Continental breakfast was sufficient for our purposes. The location is extremely central and yet is in a quite area. The room was good enough for our requirements of jetting around the city.

It was absolutely OK. Especially if you just have to stay for one night if you have to take a train one day after your stay departing to Rome, Florence, Venice etc.

It was Ok .. typically Italian. That means brioche and hot coffee for breakfast.

Baby cot and parking place were paid extra. Breakfast was simple and not supplemented often, hot beverages were just served. There were few misunderstandings while check-in regarding our room and equipment.

Comfortable bed and large shower was appreciated. The receptionist provided us with recommendations on restaurants and best gelato in the city.

The breakfast was OK, but plain, I would expect more. What we really didn't like that our room was under roof, it was dark and the air conditioning was not working properly so it got really hot and it was only May, not even that hot outside! We couldn't quite figure out the switches and corresponding lights so it took us a while to find the correct ones. The bathroom was quite small and between the tiles was mold :/ We would also appreciate glass for water in the room. In general you kinda manage for one night but I would not recommend for longer stay. That the receptionist was not very friendly was the provebial cherry on the top.

Nice accomodation, comfy pillows. It was possible to park bikes in the garage.

There were a couple of hot days but due to energy restrictions, they were not allowed to turn on the aircon. That made for a couple of sleepless nights but I assume it was beyond their control

The room was warm and the air conditioning didn't seem to be working, but we didn't ask to have it fixed because we were there for one night only. I'm sure they would have adjusted it for us.

In the room #13 everything was damp and clammy. Unfortunately you have black mold in the bathroom! :(

I arrived very late at night. The receptionist helped me to park the car in their garage ( you need to take a car elevator). The hotel is ideally located. Breakfast was okay.
