The hotel was fantastic, with a very friendly staff. Marianna took great care to ensure we had everything we needed and that everything ran smoothly. I was pleasantly surprised by the SPA (16+), which had multiple saunas – a perfect way to relax after a day of skiing!

The dinner starts only at 19.30, so you start eating at 20.00 was too late for us. Also the creativity of the chef was a bit exaggerated and we would prefer to remain with classic Italian cuisine. We also like to start skiing early, so I would suggest to start breakfast at 7.00 instead of 7.30, to allow time to eat, prepare for skiing and catch the first ski bus.

It’s a convenient hotel for ski holidays at Kronplatz ski resort. The ski bus station is just a couple of steps from the hotel and it takes around 10 minutes to get to the ski slopes. The manager and staff are very nice, the rooms clean and we really enjoyed the breakfast.

It would have been nice to have nets on windows because we wanted to open them wide to have more air because there is no AC in the rooms.

A lovely family hotel. The room is very spacious with a separate bedroom which was very good for us with a baby. Very comfortable for a family. We booked half board. The food is great both breakfast and dinner. The hostess and all staff are very nice and trying to accommodate. There is a playroom for little ones and for older although it closes a bit early for us latecomers , and we didn’t have enough time to enjoy it.

The hotel locate at a beautiful location, surrounded by mountain. The balcony from our room has magnificent view with mountains and view of a small village from afar. The hotel staff always looks after us. The room is comfy.

Located on a rather busy road. Our room also had rather thin walls, so loud neighbors can disrupt a good night’s rest. (Ours did, unfortunately.)

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Game room and a bar to keep both young and old entertained, and a nice minimarket opposite the hotel for basics. 25 minute ride from the beautiful Lago di Braies.

Everything was so good and lovely! We had a really nice size of room, was clean and the breakfast was really good! But for us the most important thing is that the staff were very lovely and welcoming. We hope to come back in the winter time ❤️

Nothing that is worth mentioning. Mariana seems to be very eager to make everything in this hotel perfect.

Mariana is a great host, she is very kind and friendly, all the staff in the hotel follows the same mind set. At breakfast all salami were pork, once we said we don't eat pork, they prepared turkey salami for us and brought plenty. The hotel is clean has play areas for kids of all ages, the rooms are great. The location is great, we stayed for one night and visited lago di braises, it took around 20-25 minutes to get there. Once we arrived we got a list of resturants ( we went to one of them and it was great) we got a booklet info about the surrounding area. I would diffently visit this place again.

Private jacuzzi with coins

We were a group of 3 and we stayed 3 nights on a half-board basis, a renovated hotel, a spacious room, with a separating door to the living room, a large balcony and a view of the valley/mountains. Mariana the manager was very helpful with food menu adjustments, great dinner, a must relax room with rocking beds! A nice spa Thank you for hosting us:)
