The room size - very spacious, the style of the hotel, the sauna, the playroom. The bed was comfortable as well. Also the breakfast was ok. The staff was friendly in general, but I did not like the fact that we were specifically informed that they do not consider 8 and 9 as a good review, so we should give them 10.

The room had poor soundproofing.

The area around the hotel is lovely. The room had an amazing view of the mountains. Staff were super friendly and helpful all through our stay. Breakfast was good.

The noise! Noise is everywhere, you get waken up by people talking or running through the hallway, people talking on the balcony or moving their chairs on the balcony (balcony is shared, not individual per each room). The bathroom sink tap was barely moving and very difficult to operate. The dinner was a full course meal, having two different options for each stage of the meal, but all of them were tasteless, lacking salt and pepper (and none provided on the table).

It was very clean, the bed was comfy and cozy, the building looks very nice and it's peaceful to chill on the balcony, watching the hills. Free parking available in front. The city is very chill and peaceful, you can have a walk in the evening, nothing much else to do. The breakfast was very good, with several things to choose from.

Lovely hotel with a stunning prince suite facing the mountains and quite backyard. lovely breakfast, amazing sauna/spa center, very friendly and accommodating staff. Hiking and cycling opportunities around the hotel are just fabulous (Anterselva lake, Lake de Braies..). one of best “active” vacations we have had.

The only thing, but it was my fault, because I didn´t inform the hotel in advance, if somebody in a family is really tall, ask for a room on lower floors, because rooms on the top floor might have bathroom with slanting roof and it might be a little bit problematic. :)

We liked especially attitude of the hotel´s owner, Ms. Marianna. :) Her language skills are great, she advised, how to manage the visit of Lago di Braies, Tre Cime etc. , her pieces of advice were realistic, we could see really everything. The hotel´s breakfast was delicious with a great choice. The hotel´s wellness with different saunas, jacuzzi - it was a real relax after hours of hiking. We thank for everything.

Nice stopover location in a sleepy Alpine village, minutes drive away from Lago di Braies. We were upgraded to a junior suite and the owners were happy to accommodate us despite a delayed arrival. Good selection of breakfast dishes and comfy beds. Overall experience was fine.

There's nothing to not like. If i had to nitpick, the hotel lies on a fairly busy road so it can get noisy. Wasn't a problem for me though. I slept very well every night.

Everything was just perfect! Room was nice, welcoming and comfortable. Staff were super friendly and helpful all through our stay, even when we had some trouble starting our car they called a mechanic to come have a look and replace the battery. The area around the hotel is lovely. You can walk for miles and just breathe in fresh alpine air. Breakfast was pretty good and typical of the area. One very big plus at this hotel was the dedicated play room for kids under 8 years old. Our kids just loved playing in there after a long day of hiking. Parking is free and abundant. Fantastic hotel and well priced for the area and season. I will definitely be back if i am visiting the area again.

Balcony at the rear is shared with the adjacent rooms (small dividers but no privacy), beds were slightly on the harsh side to my personal liking, room was very warm and no A/C.

Lovely quiet location and rooms at the back have a wonderful maintain view. Friendly and helpful personnel, spa facilities (seen, not used) and enough parking space. Dinner menu looked a bit limited (2 options for each course) but was not tested, we chose to eat outdoors, but the extensive breakfast buffet was lovely.

Everything was amazing, except the dinner at the restaurant in the hotel which was disappointing. The price for dinner was way too high. Antipasto and first dish were tasty, but the second dish (gulash) was just terrible, uneatable. The staff serving the dinner also incompetent, as the dishes for four people were served at different time.
