There's nothing about the booking I didn't like. Staff was really nice, as we were arriving early in the morning, they allowed us to leave bags, but upon arrival, they actually already had the room ready. Room was sparking clean, bed and pillows comfy, location nice, 10/10

There is nothing to dislike.

The location was close to the metro, and only a short walk to the Vatican museum, whilst being situated in a quiet residential area. The apartment was perfect for our stay, modern with a high standard of finish and exceptionally clean. The attention to detail was exemplary.

Excellent location just 1km walk to the Vatican and 2 minutes walk from Metro. The room was modern, clean and tidy and accessible when we arrived late at night as it's all electronic access to apartment.

Well located in the Prati neighborhood. Metro station and Vatican both steps away. Neighborhood also had some good restaurants, cafes and gelato options.

Despite all positive experiences in communication with owner and check in convenience two small things was uncomfortable - pillows (thick and not available to puff them) and coffee capsules - when checked in we had two as we booked siute for two, after room cleaning we received only one. This is a small missunderstanding but still it was uncomfortable.

The bed and pillows could have been comfier. We could also hear others in the rooms next door.

The property was located in a lovely area, close to Vatican City, numerous cafes/restaurants as well as trains and buses. It was about a 40minute walk to areas such as the colosseum and shopping areas. Self check in was nice and easy and Angelica gave us lots of recommendations of places to go. Would recommend staying there to others.

Perfect stay. The host was there to greet us. The room was large and with all the amenities one could ask for. Great, central location. Host shared her tips for places to eat and drink which helped us throughout our stay.

This location was perfect for a 4 day visit to Rome. Our stay here was amazing, the room was beautiful and clean. The host was very responsive and very helpful to check us in. Would recommend staying here again!

The pillows could be a bit more comfy. We weren't aware there would be housekeeping in the morning because we were told the towels would be changed on the 2nd day. We forgot to put the do not disturb sign outside so housekeeping tried to come in while we were sleeping. Other than that we enjoyed our stay

Location was superb, walking distance to the vatican and metro, also love that it's close to Jollibee. Lots of restaurants around to choose from Hospitable staff, easy check in and out The room actually looks like a hotel, I love the marble decor of the bathroom

Check-in was easy. Angelica and her husband are so friendly, provided clear directions & recommendations. The room was spotless. Location is great with lots of places to eat. Walkable to most places, also very close to the metro station.

I would like to write about a vacation in Angelica’s apartment. Everything corresponds to the pictures on the website, very comfortable and cozy. The apartment is within walking distance from the Vatican, with good transport links (but we walked around the entire center in two days). They kindly suggested to us where we could eat, try excellent Italian ice cream, pasta and pizza. If we are ever in Rome again, this is the only apartment I will book! Thank you!

This spotless B&B is very close to the metro (3 min) and the Vatican City (5 min), making sightseeing a breeze. The rooms are squeaky clean, ensuring a comfortable stay.
