Quiet retreat from everything. Grounds were lush and green. View from our balcony was spectacular as we faced the water and Mount Vesuvius. The room was large and bed was comfortable. The Staff were very attentive and wanted to make sure our stay was top notch. The breakfast menu is a la carte with many options and everything we ate was delicious. The courtesy car to take to Sorrento was a bonus and so appreciated!

The grounds had lots of wasps near the pool and outdoor dining area, which ruined our experience of relaxing by the pool. The free shuttle takes a break from 1 to 5 p.m., which I felt was a bit too much. I understand a break, but not operating for four hours in the middle of the day is challenging. We used a taxi one day, and they charged us $50.00 Euro to go a mile to the city center. We never got a taxi again and waited for the shuttle service.

The hotel was incredible, and the view was beautiful! The staff was very attentive, helpful, and friendly! The breakfast was delicious and brought to our room every morning, which was a highlight! The morning bread basket is a must; it's baked fresh daily!

Everything ! The hotel is very intimate as there are only 14 rooms, so the staff gets to know you personally very quickly. Yet the property is very open and comfortable, and the "agro" part is great - fresh lemons, eggs, etc... right there. Rooms are spacious, luxurious and well appointed. We had dinner at the hotel 2 nights and it was very good and breakfast every day was as good as you can get and great selections. We enjoyed a couple of warm afternoons relaxing by the pool, enjoying the fantastic view with a heavy handed pour gin & tonic :) Having the shuttle available for a quick trip into Sorrento made it very convenient. The staff was the finishing touch on the stay. They were all great, extremely focused on the guests and made it a thoroughly enjoying stay. As an example -We had booked a boat trip for the day that left early in the morning, before breakfast hrs. The arranged to pack us breakfast to go for us to take: coffee, fruit, sandwich, pastry.... Thanks again to the entire staff!

The amazing view! Breakfast is a la carte and absolutely wonderful. We also had a couple of evening meals and the standard of food was exceptional. Salvatore and Helene were so helpful with where to visit and arranging transport. The hotel transport to and from Sorrento was excellent. Nothing was too much trouble. Thank you!

There was a free bus shuttle into Sorrento which was great, we did not book our return early enough (our error) so could only choose late return . Ended up getting a taxi back, which was €33. Book your journey early to avoid this, or we should have taken our car and found parking in sorrento getting the shuttle gave my Husband a rest from driving.

The staff, especially the wonderful Salvatore on the reception were delightful, helpful and gave the best service, nothing was too much trouble. You could not ask for more from reception. We would come back here again if in the region. The food was extremely good. As someone in my late fifthies who has a wheat intolerant since birth eating an amazing pizza, ravioli and having bread and gf free items at breakfast was just the best 👌 Thank you to Chef so much 😊. The hotel and the grounds are lovely as were the views.

This was an amazing resort up on a hill away from the busy city. You had a 180° view of this stunning place. So quiet. They also had shuttles to take you downtown Sorrento that was super convenient. And we had amazing breakfast and dinners there.

Amazing place....very elegant and peaceful! Salvatore was awesome, so very attentive and caring! Paolo was also super helpful and kind. The kitchen staff was awesome! Rooms are gorgeous and spotless. Everyone was helpful and made my stay wonderful.Coming back very soon!

The entire staff was very welcoming and helpful a special Thank you to Mario and Luigi for making our stay special their friendly welcome and attention along with their wonderful hospitality and conversation made our meals extra special. Everyone at the front desk was also very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect away from the hustle and bustle of downtown. Our room was perfect with amazing views from our terrace. We stayed for a week in Sorrento as we had our wedding there! The hotel and staff were attentive throughout our whole holiday going above and beyond to meet our needs and requirements. The courtesy car is a fantastic bonus and was extremely convenient to use with getting us to and from town. We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!

Excellent, well kept property located a few meters from the hustle and bustle of Sorrento. Glad that we picked something just outside the town which allowed us to relax and unwind a bit at the end of the day after many excursions. Staff and food was excellent too! Would highly recommend to other families.
