Beautiful boutique hotel with fabulous views over the bay of Sorrento. Food was excellent and all of the staff were friendly and welcoming.

If you want to walk to Sorrento, I wouldn't recommend doing this with small children as you have to walk part of the way by the side of a busy road.

The view from our private terrace was wonderful, as was the attentiveness of all the staff. Breakfast was plentiful and so fresh, with lots of choice. Our room was amazing and spotlessly clean. Also, the hotel's private garden was a delight.

Nothing, loved everything. I need to write 3 sentences, so I'll just again say how beautiful this hotel is and how amazing every staff member were throughout our stay.

From the first meeting with Salvatore to check out, this fantastic hotel and staff team were amazing. Every interaction made you feel like a celebrity. The room we got to choose had a stunning balcony with amazing views. The pool, outdoor eating area and relaxing indoor conservatory were all just 5 star. The courtesy car that takes you to the town of Sorrento and back was priceless. We couldn't name any particular staff member as being brilliant, as every single staff we chatted to or needed assistance from were just exceptional and couldn't be more helpful. The food selection at breakfast and dinner was beautiful. I would recommend this hotel with no hesitation at all, and can not wait until we have the chance to return. Lastly a huge thank you to everyone at Anna Bella, you made our stay with you a memory for life.

We had an Executive Suite and the balcony/Terrace wasn’t very private as the terrace area was used by two rooms and sectioned off with shrubs in planters.

The staff were so welcoming and friendly and could not do enough for you. The hotel and grounds were beautiful and very clean and the views were spectacular. My son is a wheelchair user and we found the hotel to be extremely wheelchair friendly apart from 3 steps to enter which they had told me about in our emails prior to our stay. We decided this wouldn’t be a problem as we could manage to lift the chair up 3 steps! However when we arrived they had fitted a new ramp to make it more accessible which was fantastic!….amazing customer care and we were so grateful. The food was excellent especially the croissants/danish pastry at breakfast! My son asked if he could have a pizza one night as it wasn’t an option on the menu and they made him one specially and it was delicious! I cannot fault the hotel or the staff. We had a lovely time there in spite of the awful weather!! I would definitely recommend this hotel 100%.

The hotel is beautiful and located with stunning views of the gulf of Napoli and Sorrento. The breakfast is simply superb. The staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating. Tours and trips can be booked through the ever facilitating concierge, Salvatore, with pick-up from the hotel included. The courtesy car is an excellent service. Top class stay

My husband and I were very impressed by the staff’s attentiveness and how they went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay. We traveled throughout Italy for our honeymoon and this hotel was by far one of our favorites. The breakfast was amazing. The rooms were clean and spacious. There was even a driver to take you to and from Sorrento. I would defiantly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Sorrento. We hope to be back one day!

It's hard to find something not to like about this place

The staff were amazing, very personalized service, they offer a free drop off and pick up from Sorrento center, they offered us great recommendations on where to go and what to do. The location has a beautiful view of the sea and the coast, as well as the surrounding mountains. The breakfast has a great variety of very high quality products and the breakfast service is also personalized. We also had lunch there, probably the best Spaghetti Pomodoro I ever had.

The noise from the reception area and the restaurant at times could be heard in the room.

Great location with amazing views! Wonderful staff who always went out of their way to assist you with whatever you needed and the service throughout the resort was exceptional. Excellent a la carte breakfast and a wonderful restaurant in house with a great menu and outdoor dining area. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to visit Sorento.

Our stay at Annabelle was one of the major highlights of the honeymoon because of the overall experience, location, and friendliness of the staff, primarily Salvatore. He was the first to greet us when we arrived at the hotel and made sure we had a delightful stay. He gave us excellent recommendations to maximize our time at the Amalfi Coast and connected us with a private tour that was better than we could have imagined. More impressively, he personally pulled some strings to get us a last minute recommendation at a 2 star Michelin restaurant so we could have the experience of our lives in Sorrento. At Annabelle, we had the most magnificent room with a balcony with the view of the Mediterranean Sea, town of Sorrento, and Mount Vesuvius that was absolutely to die for. Our room was extremely spacious with 3 balconies, a bathtub, and shower. The breakfast was complimentary and had a lot of options to choose from. The servers were courteous and top notch. Highly, HIGHLY recommended. We were soo sad to leave.

A slice of peaceful heaven in the earth with breathtaking view of Mt Vesuvius, the garden full of olive trees and citrus fruits, great staff and mouthwatering food.

The food cause we to gain couple of Kg.

This was one of my best experiences while traveling aboard. It starts with the staff, they had been as helpful as one can ask (and more), for example they had communicated with cocking school to change pickup location, order restaurant for my birthday, suggested where to travel suggestion during our stay and during check out (when we checked out ask our direction and suggested place to stop). The breakfast was excellent (options, quality and quantity) and was served to the table by very helpful staff. it feels more like 5-star restaurant than hotel. BTW we also eat dinner there and the food / service was great. One of my original concerns was the distance from Sorrento center. They had on demand shuttle that took us from/to the hotel that make the travel very convenient. Last but not least the view from the room / pool area was magnificent. You could see Sorrento, Mt. Vesuvius and most of the bay (Naple / Pompey etc.).
