Managers were very responsive and helped with getting settled, apartment was clean and is located in a really great location, central but not in the noisy part of town. Be mindful you have to carry luggage up three flights of stairs.

Lights didn’t always work, it was sometimes dark. We couldn’t find a plug to fit the iron There were no knives other than butter knives in the kitchen.

It was clean, I directions to get the key and check in were super easy to follow. Comfortable.

The location of the property to everything was great. The beds were comfortable and we loved the unusual design of the property.

No major complaints. We had trouble with the washer and dryer but the management company was very responsive in making repairs the same day. The downstairs shower is quite small and the upstairs bathroom has only a tub with hand shower. All pictures on the booking site were accurate.

This apartment has a lot of character! It’s in an old building with exposed wooden beams and ancient walls, nestled in a very old part of the city. It’s a comfortable place and we really enjoyed our stay.

The apartment was beautiful, well equipped, and the perfect location. Just a few minute walk from the lake and the church and right in the center of the historic city with all the shops and restaurants. The layout was perfect with the shared space being downstairs, so people could get up and have coffee and use the kitchen at their leisure in the morning without disturbing each other. Definitely recommend this apartment, instructions for check-in were clear, the apartment was clean and comfortable, and an added bonus we were able to do laundry!

The communication was exceptional, both prior to arriving and also during our stay. The apartment was located in the middle of "old town," convenient to the lake/ferry and many restaurants and shops.

it was a bit cold inside but I'm blaming the weather :)

appartment appeared to be super cute and convinient, we just adored antique doors and ceelings. kitchen equipment is beyond every need. There are even beautiful not-only-wine glasses to enjoy evening gathering around table big enough for a family. Bed lining is crisp white. And location is right in the heart of historical district of Come, beautiful. It was one perfect stay! I just want to thank our hosts to be very welcoming, we were provided with every bit of information we needed including local stores to buy fruits and other stuff for dinner or breakfast. We faced a couple household issues while staying and the host helped us super quick via messages.

The place is a little dated and some of the construction was falling apart. The railings for the stairs were missing and one night one of the wooden boards on the wall fell down (luckily no one was hurt).

Location was very central and the apartment is very spacious.

Supervision is very poor as we found lot of dust under the bed( see photo), crockery was not complete with different sizes & types accumulated as leftover pieces from different sets. Small little niggles like no soap or toiletries tray in shower, no handle bar in the tub in the upper level, no fan in common area which has no AC (good AC only in bedrooms), limited & inconvenient plug pints in the bedroom, side lamps only on n one side of the bed. Though they immediately responded with fresh set of crockeries & fans, would be happy to get such niggles sorted out in advance.

great location in pedestrian area of city centre with 5 minute walk to the lake. key pick up is about 50-75 meters away from property but is well explained through video & photos. the apartment is as explained on 2nd floor without lift, spread over 2 level with all 3 bedrooms on one floor above. Pl budget for a lot of stair climbing. Though it has enough natural light, it overlooks other apartments & has no real views. bedrooms are at Attic level & hence has low height & could be uncomfortable particularly in one bedroom where the height over the bed is very low.
