Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The room and bathroom were really small - which is absolutely ok, considering how much we were charged. I just do not think it is very comfortable for more than a couple of days or if you need to spend lots of time in the room.
The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and the value for money was excellent, considering that the hotel is in the city centre.

The breakfast wasn’t very varied- different bakeries, one type of cheese and ham and eggs. No fresh veg/fruits. The teakettle and some plates in the room will be appreciated - but we didn’t ask for them at the reception maybe they offer it.
Stayed there only for one night but it was a nice experience! Located not very neat to the train station and city center (~30m by walk and ~25m by bus). The breakfast was included in the price. Next to the place there are several nice places to eat.

As explained above, some healthy cereal included in the breakfast would have been ideal.
Very friendly hosts, and were always ready to help us. Breakfast is mainly concentrated on sweet things. We would have liked to have included some healthy cereal such as muesli or oats. But in general we were satisfied with our stay in this hotel.

Great hotel to visit the City. Our room was classic but great to stay. Clean, good bed and bathroom, enough space and with a balcony at the front of the building. Very nice breakfast, and great staff. You can reserve a parking place at the back of the hotel. We liked this hotel and the city so much, that we extended our stay!

They offered an abundant breakfast with barista cappuccino. The rooms were pristine and clean; you could even see the blankets sealed in a bag and the company delivering tons of fresh towels daily in the hotel. The shower was good and the bathroom clean and warm. I liked everything.

Everything was great, the breakfast is included which is nice but the quality is not the best, mostly processed food, but they had great coffee and fruits which was enough for me

There were some steps in the corridor leading to our room. A kettle in the room would be appreciated. Food area in breakfast room was a bit too crammed.
Location was to our satisfaction for our needs. The hotel was very clean. Friendly staff.

On the edge of old town yet quite close to the centre. Had all facilities and a great shower. Vitoria who helped with breakfast was a real gem and remembered our preferences for drinks the second morning.

The breakfast lady was a bit rough at times, but in general all staff was helpful. The room is not too big but considering that we did not stay in the hotel too much, it was okay.
There was a lot of choice in breakfast items, the room was very clean, and when we asked the staff for help, they immediately tried to help us in the best way they could.

The night guard could not find my reservation ( they somehow registered it for the night before) i really had to insist that he hands me the key at midnight - lucky i remembered the number as i had to leave it previously in the afternoon. It happens of course, I was not mad, but may be they should update the check in system.
Price / close to my work appointment/ not too far from city center.
