The area was very clean and spacious, especially the parking spot was a good deal. Appartment had air conditioning, it was very helpful as we stayed during a hot few days. Check in and check out very easy and friendly. Parking was easy to find, good location to central village, easy to find and park. Gardaland close by 5 min drive, as well swimming pool was “cool” :) .

Apartment could do with a little updating.

The property was in a fab location & the pool was great! The apartment was nice but not amazing, but it was great for a base for the local area. The owner was very helpful when communicating with him.

The appartment needs an update and the balcony was not clean and prepared for the guests.Such a shame because it was sunny weather to seat on the therrace and enjoy the view.

The location was perfect, a walk distance to the center of beautiful city of Peschiera. The appartment is spacious and has everything needed for a few days of our trip. The environment of the residence is beautifully decorated.

The property was a little small of the three of us as were all had to sleep in one room. But that was our decision on booking it, not a problem with the property!

Max sent us a clear video of how to find the keys and property and it all went smoothly. The property was clean and had everything that we needed. The balcony was nice and the air conditioning invaluable! The pool was excellent and we used it every day! The apartment is perfectly situated for the town but was still nice and quiet in the evenings. We had a lovely stay and hope to return one day!

There were problems with the door knobs from the bathroom and bedroom. The children kept pulling them off and remained stuck.

Location, communication with the owner, and the facilities. Just 5 minutes walk from the lake and plenty restaurants nearby. Warm rooms and fully equipped kitchen.

Just a bit dated, needs a bit more comfort added. Old beds/sofas/chairs. Needs some investment to make it more comfortable.

The plugs were a little confusing as different adapters needed. He did supply but they didn’t fit all plugs. The lifeguard was strict had to wear swim hats and no floats.

We loved the location. Very easy walk to lake and centre. The safety complex. The pool very good and clean. The apartment great size well equipped and very clean. Easy to collect the key with a whats app Video.

Overall not much we didn't like. There was an issue with the front door handle (did not affect locking or opening) which Max attended to quickly but apart from that all good.

Located less than 5 minute walk from centre of Pershiera Del Garda. Small apartment complex so was quite at night. Pool area was very nice and was also quiet during the day so deck chairs and umbrellas were always available. Cost was very competitive and good value. Bus stop 100m away and bus 483 could be used to explore the lakeside villages for about €2. Very regular service.

You have to wear swimming hats in the pool, not cool! The complex clearly isn't just holiday makers. Lots of locals who live there and consequently you can't really have drinks on the balcony in an evening or they will complain. As a group we are far from "party goers" and just wanted to enjoy a few relaxed drinks in an evening but we were stereotyped as young brits and times were very much exaggerated to make us look "bad guys". Although the host was very understanding and fair in response to the local moaners.

Apartment was nice, clean and a good size. It was well equipped and had everything we needed. The pool was a good size and had plenty of sunbeds. The location was amazing, only a few minutes walk from town centre and 10 mins walk to lidl and large supermarket. The host was easy to communicate with over watsapp and quickly answered any queries. Overall good value for money.

Apartment D16 is close to the road and can be very noisy. It is very shabby and needs complete refurbishment.

The pool was lovely and well kept. Though there too many rules, including the wearing of swimming hats.
