The location was fantastic, within a short walking distance of most historic sites, close to multitude of excellent restaurants and the best gelato we have tasted. Francisco, our virtual host, was excellent for advice and responded almost immediately to any request we made. We had an unfortunate problem with our car in a country where we are not able to speak the language. He supported us throughout and made provision for accommodation at the Arena Suites or elsewhere in the vicinity when he did not have accommodation for us. In spite of our misfortune, we really enjoyed the extra days in Verona and more specifically at the Arena Suites - the rooms are warm and cosy and were like a home away from home. Each has a name based upon famous operas, we stayed in the Aida room.

No major issues. Only pet peeves were that the lights in the main hall at the very entrance downstairs didn't come on so it took a minute to find a light switch in the dark. Sign about leaving towels on the ground or on the rail was a bit battered and they changed the towels anyway even though we were happy holding onto them for the second night anyway.

The room was lovely overall. It was only about a 15 minute walk from the train station and then the city centre if even that which was ideal really.

Really nice location close to the center and you can experience a bit of local, not touristic atmosphere as well as some of local food shops. Francisco is an excellent host, though we didn’t meet him personally, he gave us more hints for restaurants than we could expect.

Great Experience, The room is like an English Interior design, The beds and pillows are very comfortable, Francesco is very accommodating and even allow us to drop our luggage for an early check in. From time to time Francesco is checking on us on how are we staying in their property. PERFECT Hospitality. Definitely will refer and we will be back in this property

We enjoyed our stay at Arena Suite, and highly recommend staying there for close walking to the city center. Francesco the owner, is wonderful with communications before and during your stay, and has great recommendations for restaurants, and things to do while in Verona. Our room was very clean, the bed was very comfortable, and having the small balcony was wonderful. I highly recommend Arena Suite, for a wonderful stay in Verona, we will always book a room there when staying in Verona. Thank you for Everything Francesco!

Not much, we enjoyed our stay.

We loved the location of Arena Suite. Very close to all the attractions, and great atmosphere. We loved the quick response and interaction with the apartment manager. Francesco was great. He responded quickly to any questions we had and helped us whenever we needed anything. He also made great suggestions where to eat close by. Nothing was too much trouble. The building was very secure and we felt safe.

Property was locked in walking distance from all main attraction points..easy to get back after busy day. Also very close to train and bus station. If you like to discover Lake Garda or Other places … Was very clean and comfortable. Host was lovely and communicate true msg and give all advice and tips . We had lovely stay in Suit Arena We will be back some day again.

Because Arena Suite is situated next to the main stretch of road (and we booked the room with a balcony), there will be a bit of traffic noise in the morning, but it didn't bother us as we wake early usually anyway.

We stayed here for one night before driving up to the Dolomites. Arena Suite far exceeded our expectations. First, the location of the property is superb; situated just outside the old town, you can walk to all the main attractions within 10 minutes, and it's a very nice, comfortable walk. Plus, there are ample parking spaces outside the building if you are driving a rental. The room itself was spacious and clean, equipped with all modern amenities and a coffee machine if you need it (we took the property manager's advice and strolled outside for a good breakfast). The property manager was always available on WhatsApp, and gave us great tips on where to dine (the restaurant recommended to us had even offered us a free round of drinks). All in all, if I'm travelling back to Verona will definitely stay here again.

Great location, just a short walk into the central area and attractions and about 15 minutes walk from Verona train station. Very modern suite, a great size with lots of modern facilities. Easy check in with key pads and the building itself was very quiet. Francesco our host was very responsive to messages and communication was great. He gave us some great restaurant recommendations. After staying in Venice, the size of the suite was a welcome bonus, we would definitely stay here again if we return to Verona.
