Great room with everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. Instructions for access were easy to follow & the building felt very secure. Location is a short walk from city centre/restaurants/attractions & the owner is very helpful - available via whatsapp & there for you if needed. Luggage room was an added bonus as we had a later flight. An all round great stay - would highly recommend.

The location was fab, close to the arena, restaurants, cafes etc and ten to fifteen minute walk to train/bus station. The suite was clean, modern and we loved the little balcony. The owner was very helpful with tips on places to eat etc. We will stay again when next in Verona.

Super location, very large rooms for Italy, great style & extremely clean, popcorn maker in the room which was a nice touch, (you can change the language on most chanels on TV) the staff were amazing! One of the best hosts I've ever had. Great communication with recommendations for everything you can think of. I've already rebooked to go back in October.

Nice, comfortable and clean apartment with perfect location between Porta Nuova railway station and the old town square with Arena - the iconic symbol of Verona. Great starting point for trips to all the city's attractions. Good contact with helpful manager, I would highly recommend 👍

I can think of 2 things - beding (the top part) should have some kind of cover. And the second thing - maybe some dish soap could be added, as we couldn't wash the cups after coffee.

Location of this property is great. Everything is within walking distance. The contact with Franesco was amazing ! Really easy to find because of his instructions. I have to say - bed and the pillows was so comfortable :D Fanceso really has a 'can do' attitude so you can ask him anything. We asked for iron, and he made sure that it's there when we arrive :)

The location was great and also the communication with the host. The room was big, they had a TV with access to Netflix and everything was accordingly with what we expected.

The host Francesco was so helpful, there is no reception as apartment style suites which were exactly like the photos but excellent instructions. Also, great restaurant recommendations. We loved Verona and highly recommend Arena Suites.

Although it’s very clean - I would perhaps prefer all white linens (the duvet is with patterns). And natural painting/artwork so they cater more towards wider audience. And the location of the rooms makes it possible to hear footsteps in the halls.

The location is good between the station and city centre. Easy to find and easy to get myself into the property (there’s no receptions but clear instructions pre arrival). Lots of amenities in the room which is nice! And modern (looks like recently renovated) furnishing. This is one of the reasons I chose this property - as many hotels/rooms are lacking modernity in this city.

I loved everything about it

Everything. It was in a wonderful location and the room itself was very comfortable and cosy. From the bed to the pillows to the quilt, everything is so comfortable and clean. It’s a really well designed room, that is so pretty and comfortable and the property owners are wonderful human beings. As soon as you check in, you get a what’s app message with places to go and restaurants to try out. Nothing is too hard for the owners. They really want to see you enjoy your stay. Francisco is only a what’s app message away if you have any questions or what suggestions of places to go or need a taxi. I had forgotten my medicine in the room and left Verona shortly after checking out. The owners posted me my medication. If this isn’t customer service, than I don’t know what is. The service at Arena Suite is next to none. Not only a beautiful and comfortable room but you are dealing with owners who want to see you enjoy your stay.
