It's hard to complain, there was construction going on within the hotel that was noisy on occasions and the bed was a little hard.

Room was large and had all amenities including free mini bar restocked daily. Staff were friendly and helpful towards us, the breakfast was good although no better than similar hotels - plenty of cakes and sweet things which may have tempted others to rave. Close to Metro station and easy to get taxi's at the door.

Excellent location in easy walking distance from famous sites such as the Colosseum and the Pantheon. Breakfast was phenomenal! So much choice and all delicious. They have a wide range of fruits, yoghurts and cereals, sweet and savoury pastries, cold meats and cheeses, sausages, bacon and eggs, and an absolutely vast array of cakes. We were also brought freshly cooked pancakes every morning. We had dinner in the hotel restaurant a couple of times. The rooftop restaurant is closed for refurbishment at the moment but the ground floor dining room is a perfectly good alternative and the food and drinks were excellent. The bar does very good cocktails! The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable, quiet and clean. It’s on a busy main road but not noisy. The free mini bar is a nice touch. Very good shower in the en suite. We used the spa. You have to reserve a time slot in advance and pay a bit extra, but it was very reasonably priced - €15 per person for 90 minutes. We enjoyed the sauna. The requirement to book does mean there’s not too many people to share it with and it’s peaceful.

location. We had about a 1.5 mile walk to most of the sites. There is a new side of the city and ancient. This was in the newer side and I would have tried to stay closer to the ancient side. We walked most of the time and there was always an uphill walk back to the hotel at night (past homeless people in the doorways of other locations). I would have stayed closer to the pantheon area as that is where we spent time at night (squares with dinner and desserts) This is not the hotels fault but I didn't like the taxi's. We had the hotel call a taxi to the airport for us and the driver was horrible! texting while driving the whole time and making phone calls with numerous people. He even charged us $65 euro and I think there was supposed to be a set rate to the airport of 50 or 55 euros, but I didn't want to fight with him. I was happy just to be at the airport in one piece.

We had 3 people and the room we were given was big, clean and comfortable. We were on the street side of the hotel which was noisy, as a city would be. We did sleep soundly but not sure if it was from the days activities (26k steps a day) or the street quieted down after midnight. We came to Rome via train and it was a short walk from the train station, which was perfect. Overall, we liked the property and the very nice and accommodating staff (they were very pleasant and always asking if we wanted or needed anything) but it wasn't the location for me.

This is our second time staying here and we would never stay anywhere else in Rome. We stayed six nights 2/15/2/21. The location was perfect. The breakfast was amazing! The staff were so on top of things and friendly. Our room was very nice. The housekeeping staff is wonderful and did a great job.

Curtains/shutters needed to be kept shut due to view at the back of the hotel. This meant no daylight at all. However being at the back did mean it was very quiet. This applied to room 206.

Very friendly professional and happy staff. Fabulous breakfast. Quiet and comfortable room. Location near to Rome Termini which is very helpful if arriving by train or bus. Walkable to the historic centre.

Wifi was a bit patchy in our room so could have been improved.

From the front desk staff, breakfast staff and cleaners are amazing. The friendliness and professionalism of the hotel staff was remarkable and they made our 5 night stay really wonderful. The hotel went above and beyond with our hotel experience as they know that we are celebrating some special event, they have ensured that we felt really welcome. Hotel service exceptional and I can say they have exceeded the service of a of a 5 star hotel. Kudos to all the staff! Breakfast was 5/5 - Allesandro and all the breakfast staff were very welcoming. The food selection was massive and they were delicious. Hotel room 5/5 - the amenities in the room was very good, the room even comes with a bidet! Good night sleep 4.5/5 - the bed was comfortable but could do a softer pillow in my preference. You can set the temperature of the room according to your preference heat or cool. We went on winter but not the outside temp for me is not to cold so I have our room in cool. Note: a lot of hotels in Europe disables cool/ac during winter even its not cold. So Im really happy with the hotel allowing me to set my own temperature. Cleanliness 5/5 - room service is done daily and every-time we come back our room is already remade. They even put under our bed that they have checked and cleaned it which i think was hilarious. Good job! Will definitely be my preferred hotel when im in Rome.

Room was a bit dark.

Super friendly staff, fabulous breakfast, clean and elegant hotel, location was perfect. Ideal for sightseeing. Free soft drinks and snacks in mini bar; kettle with coffee and tea facilities. Perfect.

We used the hot tub 2 nights. Both times, hours late, the tub kicked on randomly in the middle of the night. We had a hard time figuring out how to turn it off.

We loved the staff in the hotel. All were very accommodating, especially the crew that served us at breakfast.

Every single member of staff was friendly and keen to make our stay as easy as possible. A breakfast spread that was truly incredible, plus comfortable, clean and quiet rooms. The location was great to see many of the sights. We were delighted with our decision to stay here we had a really great weekend.
