The heater made a terrible noise and nobody was on the reception and also nobody answered in booking when I tried to talk with someone

Was very rarely anyone at the reception, and the two separate beds that were pushed together could very easily slide apart

The family suite is not in the hotel it is no. 18 ! You collect the key from the hotel and then go elsewhere. It does not have a separate bedroom and does not have 4 beds. They put a single bed in the kitchen ! Kitchen has no utensils and is empty! Definitely no champagne lol. Absolute scam.

Location was excelent, close to railway station, 5 minutes walking, also from airport you can easily walk to hotel, all interesting places are on walking distance. It was easy to check in and it was clean.

The room was dirty and had black mould on the walls The bedding smelt so bad we had to sleep with only sheets, the covers had to be thrown out of the room as the smell was disgusting There was no hot water. Only the first shower had warmish water, everyone else had a cold shower and The shower leaked so bad it ran under the door and into the bedroom The cleaner unlocked our door in the morning without knocking while we were still in bed, very unprofessional

A very basic 'hostal type' property. The ensuite bathroom was very small and the room was tired and 'worn'. There are no staff present on site after mid-day so for self check-in you are given a pin code for the front door and room keys are just left on the desk in reception for you to pick up. There is no secure luggage storage option if you wish to leave luggage after check-out (11:00am). However, you are able to just leave luggage in the reception area but as this is unstaffed after midday not something I would recommend.

as above they did nothing in the morning to apologise and would never stay here again

we turned up at midnight no one on reception to someone else’s belongings in the room we had reserved which had been used before our stay. I called the number and they said they were fully booked and had no alternative but have to removed someone else’s belongings from the room and stay in the hotel for the night on edge some one else had another key and was going to come into the property

We arrived very late and our room keys were just left on the reception counter with our name which is very unsafe. Our friends in a different room had clothes and someone else’s belongings in their room which they arrived. The bed had also been slept on!! The bathroom had an awful smell.
