Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

My stay at Hotel Astoria was wonderful. The staff was very welcoming. The food was very good, cleanliness of the rooms was excellent. The suite was missing kitchen utensils. The hotel was located in a very good area for the summer season, even though I visited off-season. The location allowed me to enjoy walks along the seaside or in the park, which was very close to the hotel. I would love to return to Hotel Astoria.

Nothing noteworthy maybe could use a better hairdryer but that's like if I would be forced to criticize something.
Had the junior suite,which was good. They gave us an adapter for the sockets for my laptop which was very friendly. The balcony was very large. Breakfast was the highlight of the day so many things to choose from.

The hotel is extremely clean, reception and breakfast staff very friendly .The breakfast buffet is amazing for food's variety and quality .The Hotel is in a great location , just opposite the beach and very close by the city center .Plenty of restaurants and bar around and at walking distance .

Great 4 star hotel close to the beach of Rimini. Around 20 minutes easy walk from the train station and city center. Very good breakfast in the morning with a lot of choice.

For me this was a typical seaside hotel, all white, all tiles, no real character. However, the room was very comfortable, clean and very spacious. There's nothing special about the hotel but it is very clean.

Great hotel, with a very nice and clean room. Everything you need is there. Fridge, coffee and tea, very nice bathroom. The breakfast (buffet) is fantastic! Very friendly and helpfull staff. The hotel is close to the beach, and in walking distance of the city centre. The hotel has its own parking lot. (payed)

This is the second time we stayed in this hotel and we love it. It is very well located, has a very nice swimming pool (loved by kids) and it is very family friendly. Breakfast is amazing. Separates spaces for kids within the same room is much appreciated!!

Further away from town center than expected, but easy bus service
Easy check in, excellent staff, great breakfast, parking on site but it does cost 17 EURO extra. Plenty of places to eat nearby, and close to ocean.

The breakfast was fabulous - open till 12noon. Proximity to the beach. Staff very helpful and cheerful. Room was a bit dated but was huge with separate lounge room and nice balcony. They were able to accommodate our extra day with no drama.

Great central location to restaurants, shops & beach, the hotel was super clean, our suite was amazing… didn’t want for anything! The breakfast was truly awesome, something for everyone… hot food, fresh croissants & cakes, fruit, cereals & fresh juices, tea, coffee & more… The staff did everything to make our stay as pleasurable as possible, hats off to the reception team ladies & Franco- thank you!!!

A bit hard to find but otherwise all is good.
The room for 3 was good, with the door between 2 rooms. It is quiet and facilities are good. Staff was really helpful and a small bar on site is a plus. Many restaurants around and you can book parking. Mini bar is always available in the room and 2 balconies. Breakfast is really good with many choices.
