Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

There was no laundry service available, you had to outsource and pay for it
Breakfast was great., lots of choices. Staff was very helpful and friendly Food was fresh and lots available from 7.30am to 12pm

There is nothing I did not like.
The staff went above and beyond to ensure everything was good during our stay. I could not get enough of outstandingly delicious breakfast. The hotel is on the main street that is walking distance to the beaches, restaurants and bars. The room was clean, bright and spacious with a nice terrace.

It was difficult for us to find it, we wish it was better marked outside. But it is also given by the location, it is very crowded.
The hotel was overall good value for money. Room was nice, clean, well decorated. We enjoyed a lot of choices during breakfast, and very nice staff.

Breakfast a bit limited for vegans. It could have more no meat/dairy options like tofu scramble or vegan sausages but otherwise everything was fresh every day.
The location was amazing. The hotel was close to the beach, rail station variety of restaurants and shops. The hotel had a pool which was fantastic in the case of not going anywhere or for refreshment.

Found the room very basic but of a reasonable size. No expected amenities like a fridge, sink or power points in suitable places & furniture is minimal. We also found the bed a little hard.
Hotel was nicely located for the restaurants ,beach & flat walk to the old town. Breakfast was excellent & staff very helpful.

Despite the fact the pool area was closed (maintenance work overrun) I had a lovely stay at the hotel. I enjoyed it so much I extended my stay by 2 days. The hotel is 15 minutes walk from the main train station in Rimini. All of the staff in the hotel (without exception) were helpful, friendly and courteous. The room allocated was beautiful and spacious with a lovely comfortable bed. a spacious balcony was also part of the room. The breakfast choice was excellent with a range of hot and cold options, lovely pasties and lovely coffee. The room was cleaned thoroughly and all staff wore masks within the hotel. The reception staff were particularly helpful in providing information on the local area / transport links etc. Many thanks to all the staff for providing the environment for a very relaxing 5 day stay

Alot of construction works during the day.
Very goood breakfast. Plenty of choice for sweet and salty food! Fresh! GOOD local specialities. Tasty cofee and smiley personell. Overall the food makes you happy in the morning!

We booked a room facing the pool for less noise. We paid more, but got a room facing the street. Although we informed the receptionist, the problem was not solved. There was a lot of noise from the street at night. Breakfast is the same every day and we missed at least some variety. There was a severe lack of vegetables for breakfast: only cucumbers (withered) and tomatoes (not the best quality).
The hotel is close to the sea, on the street. Rooms are clean and tidy, cleaned daily.

The 4 star for this hotel would be 2 star in other Western countries. Bar didn't have enough wine. AC works a bit backwards, marble floor super slippery (injured my leg), cheap balcony furniture which becomes expensive if you scratch them, power outlets by the bed are under the ngiht stands and difficult to reach.
Liked breakfast, location, personel was friendly.

The AC was not working for the whole time of our stay. Staff from the reception said that AC is going to be fixed in thursday, however it was not. The reason we booked a 4 star hotel was also for a working AC.
