Michela was very helpful and very responsive with all enquiries. The room was exactly as described in a beautiful building centrally located, it was stylishly presented and spotless. A comfortable firm bed and modern bathroom. No outside noise, plenty of great coffee shops nearby. Bologna is a culinary delight.

It is called a bed and breakfast, but there is no breakfast, as it is not a hotel. Not a problem in a food paradise like Bologna, but misleading. For the price, bathroom amenities pretty meagre - no Kleenex, didn't replenish products that were low.

Reception staff very friendly and very helpful, and very communicative over WhatsApp (there is someone there in afternoons only, but responsive throughout the day). The rooms are nicely designed, spacious, modern and very clean.

We are a family with two little kids and stayed at Attico for 1 night during a 2-day trip in the beautiful city of Bologna. Attico is a old nice building very well situated in city of Bologna, just 8 minutes walk to Piazza Maggiore and all the main places of interest, with many restaurants, cafés and shops nearby. Our room was the Luxury Family Room which is very spacious, very clean and beautifully decorated. The building has an old fashioned lift to the 3rd floor and this is another thing you will enjoy 😀 Michela and Attico's team were very helpful, with good communication and made us feeling like home. They are very organised and assisted us with any queries we had. We definitely recommend Attico and are looking forward to visiting again. Grazie Michela e grazie a tutti!!

There wasn’t a comforter on the bed or in the room.

Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The room was bright, clean, and well furnished. The bed was comfortable.

Overpriced for what was essentially a room that opened onto the reception area. There isn’t much soundproofing and the noise from the reception was a negative. Breakfast isn’t available on the property.

Location was great and car park a short walk away. Rooms were very clean and comfortable . The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Location, in quiet street less than 10 min walk from Piazza Maggiore and two lovely cafes for breakfast nearby. The staff were super friendly, helpful and efficient from before we arrived to when we left. Room was beautifully decorated and equipped with a lovely view. The property offers complete independence with the security of help on hand when you need it. Brilliant!

Small thing but you have to upload a copy of your passport to a site for which they send you a link via WhatsApp before arriving. For security reasons I do not normally upload personal details to random sites following a request via WhatsApp but apparently had no choice here.

Great location in a quiet area close to the principal attractions Recently renovated room which was spotlessly clean Staff were very helpful and reactive via WhatsApp. We were able to leave our luggage for the last morning and they organized a taxi to take us to the airport Coffee machine (Nespresso capsules) in the room was great Whilst there is no full time reception, they seem to have organized themselves very well and you can always contact someone via telephone (provided your phone works in Italy of course!)

We booked a baby crib in advance, confirmed. When we arrived late there was no crib in our room, and the staff wasn't helpful at all. They left us without a crib to find a solution on our own.
