Stunning property, everything is newly refurbished and has wonderful style and flair while maintaining that lovely ski lodge feeling. Absolutely loved the spa and pool facilities! Having both indoor/outdoor pools was great!

SloveniaThe hotel is located in a picturesque village, with many opportunities for daily walks. The room we had had a private sauna, a large comfortable bed and was perfect for us as we were at the end of our vacation and wanted to relax a bit. It was a very secluded part of the hotel, no view from the room (was not promised either!), but for a short stay it was perfect. Our room also had easy access to the hotel garage, spa area and dining room. The staff at dinner and breakfast were friendly and accommodating. Dinner was excellent, we really enjoyed it.

United StatesIf I had to find one thing to not pick, it would be that the restaurant was only open for dinner from 7-8pm. The only reason this was a problem for me is because I work remotely, and often had calls during that time. However the staff was very accommodating and coordinated room service for my dinners :)
The food is unbelievable and the staff couldn’t be more kind and helpful. This is probably the best hotel I have ever stayed in. The rooms are also very spacious. Everything was literally perfect. I spent hours upon hours doing research to find the perfect accommodation. Let me save you some time - book this place!!
