You are booking only a room and a private bathroom in the apartment of several rooms/bathrooms, which are booked by other people. A lack of privacy. It was noisy at night from the hectic street (a lot of traffic with alarms) and from other rooms.

Friendly host, nicely decorated apartment, convenient location close to the center and close to the metro, several nice restaurants and shops around. The apartment contains all facilities you need for a short stay.

Antonio is the most respectful host I ever dealt with, the place is super clean guys like a 5 star hotel, literally you can find anything you wish for in the are of the building transportation is so easy from the street metro station directly down of you a 1 minute walk, Antonio's sister is the most charming women with amazing heart and care, I highly recommend staying at this place.

Poor soundproofing, you can hear people talking (to stay the least) in other rooms. Loud lady în the morning, woke us up one day. Breakfast means 1 croissant and 1 coffee (I don't drink coffee but no juice or water instead). Private bathroom outside the room, at the end of a shared hallway.. a little anoying.

Nice building in a good neighbourhood. The room was quite big, a confortable bed. AC very usefull. Very close to metro station, 25 min walk from Vatican

I had a room of 3 adults. Had to use teamwork to figure out the bathroom during the night The bedroom door is thin and noise transfers easily in the hallway. We decided not to lock our bedroom door or the bathroom door during the night to keep noise down and not to fumble with keys when sleepy-eyed. If you sleep like a rock, no worries. but if you need close access to a bathroom during the night, it could wake you up if you're a trouble sleeper. The kitchen kettle had a lot of calcium build-up which detracted us from using tea at night. There is a shared fridge with the other guests with reserved space for each guest. Shower head just wouldn't say up and kept sliding down. a minor nuisance. Since towel service was limited, had to be creative to dry the towels for the next night. No showstoppers overall.

Close to Metro Baldo degli Ubaldi on Line A about 20minutes and a transfer to Line B for Colosseo. I got this room to be closer to Vatican Metro stop. The building has a lot of folks living there but the B&B has it's own isolated area. The lobby was welcoming and Antonio was nice and got us set up. Once set of 4 keys to access the two exterior doors, and then for your bedroom and then private bathroom that is in the hallway. Good shutters block out the light and the beds were comfy. Room was clean. Breakfast vouchers were provided for the cafe just outside the front door. Bathroom we had (notte) was large and included bidet. Was a good stay overall.

The only drawback was that parking is extremely difficult to find.

Everything about this stay was great, the house, the location, the price… everything. The room was spacious and clean and also the common spaces were always clean and beautifully designed. Antonio has been a very helpful host and we had his assistance for everything we needed. Highly recommended!

Breakfast is always some tasty bakery and hot drink downstairs in the bar. May be not for everyone. But for me for 3 days were enough croissants )

If you interested in a place with feeling like home it’s the perfect one 😊 subway is nearby, 30 min to Termini station.

One night, street was really noisy even after midnight. Smeel from the renovation and furniture. Shower is tight.

Close to metro, pharmacy for covid test is right next door. Breakfast was good. Host was friendly

The location is very convenient but at night it was a very isolated.

The staff that welcomed us were so friendly and helpful and all of the facilities were very clean and nicely decorated.
