The service was really outstanding, the staff super friendly. Due to a problem with the water in the building, it wasn’t possible to accommodate us there. But the very nice and helpful staff (thanks again, Laura) reserved a room in a very nice 4 star hotel nearby and paid the price difference. I can’t imagine better service and would always book there again.

The suite was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully decorated, offering everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The highlight, however, was the unbeatable location! It was ideally situated close to all the best attractions, restaurants, and shops, making it incredibly convenient to explore the area. We were glad that the owner provided a kettle, cups, coffee and tea packets when requested but it should be standard.

Large, modern room with good storage space and livened up with art on the walls. Immaculate and with a large bathroom. Quiet and with good beds. The owner was extremely responsive, always within reach and clearly dedicated to customer service. Nice, safe building with a concierge and conveniently located next to public transport. Restaurants, cafes and stores all around.

Everything was great. We enjoyed our stayed in Avio Suite. The flat is located in a nice area. Very comfortable bed and spacious bathroom. Also although we didn't meet Laura in person, she was always available for us and helped with all the questions we had. Highly recommend this accommodation and definitely will choose it again.

Great location. Near bus stop to/from airport. Easy to travel to shoping street or by boat to islands. Room is really big, specious bath. Downstairs are few cafes and restaurants, so its really convenient.

Responsive and nice host, very clean apartment, comfortable beds, very modern and nicely furnished, room also had a kettle and a fridge. The room is on floor 3, but there’s a lift. Perfect location. Cleaner let me store my suitcase in the room before checkin while I waited for the room - very nice! :)

Usage of lift/elevator was for a fee of .10 euro from Monday to Friday from 8am to 6:30 pm. Sometimes access code for the main door to the lobby did not work. There was one night when I was stuck with a couple outside. Fortunately after a few minutes there was a resident who arrived who had a key access that bypassed the code entry.

The facility is a a condo hotel. Thus there was no staff to speak of. Host just instructed us on how to access the condo/hotel by giving us the entry codes for the main lobby door and access to the condo. However, the location while not the best in Naples, was close to the harbor and the meeting place for the hop on hop off tour bus. It was also near some attractions in Naples.

It would be nice to add Netflix and YouTube in the TV( since it’s already a smart tv so it’s kind of unfortunate) and since the room is big enough,maybe add a kitchenette to target more customers.

An introduction for online checkin was a bit late, and I had to submit documents at the cafe near the hotel. Towels are changed every three days, but more frequent may be better. (While cleaning can be every three days.)

Although the room was cleaned daily, our towels and sheets were only changed every 3 days. Having these changed more regularly, would have been an added bonus. There were also a couple of occasions where we were only left with one set of towels for 2 people sharing. Toilet roll was also scarce on a couple of occasions, leaving us to purchase our own! 10c is needed to operate the elevator within the building during the hours 8:00-13:00 and 15:30-18:30. This can be a little annoying as one needs to keep change on them, however I believe the concierge keep some available for guests who find themselves without. Plus, the stairs are always an option!

We really enjoyed our stay at Avio Suites. The location is excellent! Situated alongside the port, it’s ideal for booking boat trips to Amalfi/Capri etc. All of the top sights and attractions of Naples are also within comfortable walking distance. Laura is an excellent host and provided us with a complete guide to Naples upon our arrival. She also gave us her mobile number so we could get in touch with any questions or queries. The room was spacious and comfortable, complete with a large shower and fridge to store small snacks and drinks. The AC was also a godsend given the scorching heat! The entry/exit system to both the main building and our room was by individual code which is a really nice touch and added a sense of security to our stay!

A crystal clean room, very spacious for two people with comfortable beds and a great location, very safe and convenient, just 5 min from Beverello port or Porta di Massa. Laura is an amazing host, was eager to answer all our questions and suggested wonderful places to visit or have a meal. Highly recommended!

Good location, right in the city centre and near the port which is the meeting point of most 1-day guided tours. The room is clean and quiet, the staff are friendly. The owner, Miss Laura gives superb service. She took the trouble to meet us at Avio Suite, brought us to some nearby places and gives us information of the places of interest to visit and recommended us where & what to eat. She even helped us to book the one-day tour to Amalfi Coast & Pompeii
