Exceptional breakfast service and contact with the host Riccardo :) Great location near to cathedra and old town with plenty of restaurants (I recommend Gallo Nero), a good parking nearby. Breakfasts were delicious, freshly made with a variety of chees, ham, muesli, yoghurt and different options of coffee. Room very comfortable, cleaned every day. I would give more stars if it would be possible.

We had an amazing stay at B&B A C-Caste in Monopoli! The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, making us feel right at home. The entire property was spotless, with well-maintained and comfortable rooms. The location was excellent! Breakfast was delicious and offered a great variety to start the day. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Monopoli. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

As always the stairs are a challenge but we understand that such old buildings cannot offer anything but stairs! Pack lightly!!!😬

We loved our unit with the small balcony with a glimpse of the beautiful water. We were able to come and go as we pleased. Riccardo was very helpful particularly when l needed assistance with a charger for my iPhone. The breakfast was delicious and well presented and the staff, including Riccardo’s gorgeous mother, were delighted. This is a great spot, very good location for exploring the old town and also the beaches nearby. Thank you for your warm hospitality. Ciao

Our stay in Monopoli was fantastic! The location was perfect, and the atmosphere was wonderful. We especially want to highlight one lady from the staff who was incredibly kind and friendly. Thanks to her, we had everything we needed at breakfast – truly an exceptional person. Highly recommended!

I loved everything!

I can’t say enough amazing things about this hotel. Every single detail was taken care of. It was so clean, the owners are so kind and breakfast is wonderful - it was a perfect experience. I would recommend this place to anyone. The room is beautiful - the beds are incredibly comfortable - as are the pillows! The bathroom is well equipped, and spotless. The owners go above and beyond, and I felt very safe and welcomed here. I would recommend this place to anyone. I will definitely be back! 🇮🇹♥️

Perhaps providing tea/coffee making facilities would be welcomed.

Breakfast was varied, tasty and plentiful. Our room was cleaned and tidied to a high standard daily. The host, Ricardo, was very helpful, accommodating and friendly. Even offered to pick us up from the station. Communication was via WhatsApp and timely. Very conveniently located.

The property was beautifully clean & modern - it had everything I needed. Highly recommend. Riccardo is the PERFECT host! Friendly, efficient, calm, helpful - very professional but not intrusive. He even contacted me to pick me up from where I was staying, elsewhere in Monopoli. He also helped me to book a taxi 🚕 for a trip.

Nothing. Ideal place to stay and a lovely town.

Great location close to the heart of the action. And just newly modernized so it was fresh and clean. But the incredible thing was that while there was lots of noise outside, if you shut the windows you couldn't hear it at all. Talking to Riccardo the next day he said that he'd insisted on triple glazing the windows at great cost. It's a lesson to all those people renting out rooms in these tourist towns who simply tell guests they have to put up with late night noise as they're in the city center.

It wasn't a problem but you just need to be prepared for the steep stairs with your suitcase as there is no lift. However the staff were very helpful in assisting to take the luggage up and down the stairs.

Such a warm greeting from Riccardo and the delightful team at AC Caste. Unfortunately we were only staying for 1 night and had to leave early before we could experience the breakfast that I'd heard such great reviews. The B&B is in one of the best locations within Monopoli; and the room and view were beautiful and exceptionally clean, fresh and comfortable. The wonderful Host Riccardo kindly dropped us off at the train station in his charming Italian Ape (3 wheel mini vehicle) free of charge - incredible customer service.
