It was a tiny bit dark, especially since the windows in my room were glazed. Some more (or brighter) lights would be nice.

It was a really lovely hotel. The room was clean and had lots of space. It had great kitchen facilities and a really lovely, sunlit eating area. The location was really great - only a short walk (20 mins max) to anywhere I wanted to go, and otherwise had a bus stop just on the doorstep. The staff were really lovely and accomodating. I don’t often review, but I really enjoyed my stay here. Really excellent value for money!

In general, the location was quite specific because there are some night bars at that area and people were noisy during the night. But it wasn’t the fault of Ai Leoni. I just didn’t know of this detail. Also wi-fi wasn’t working much good and I couldn’t receive that problem but I was lucky to have a mobile internet.

I like that place, very friendly stuff, very clean and spacious appartament. It was really nice to stay there. Thanks!

The room was pretty beautiful, cute and very clean. The price included breakfast so I can say that it is great value for money! It also was very quiet which is another plus. Also the location was pretty fair, you could walk to the city center in no time!

There is nothing that I would say I didn't like it.

The interior was cozy, clean and such a nice vibe. Located close to the city center in a very lovely neighborhood, transportation facilities to the train station.The breakfast was good and the fact that you can cook your own food and serve coffee and tea is a plus. I ll come back for sure. The surroundings are beautiful and you can easily find restaurants and stores for every taste. I loved the room 😍 and the relaxing spaces even if I did not have so much time to stay inside. But if you choose to stay longer in Verona this is the perfect place to feel welcome and like at home. The host was helpful and give us instructions how to access the building and very short time of response.

Near to the city centre in the beautiful neighbourhood of Veronetta, easy reachable by bus. The room was spacious and cozy with beautiful decoration. In the apartment there is shared kitchen with complimentary coffee, tea and sweets and a pretty sitting area - balcony. The owners are friendly and welcoming. This place is ideal for couples and digital nomads.

Could have had more light in the room as I had trouble unpacking.

Our room was very clean and tidy and had its own bathroom. The room had been updated with modern thick windows so was not noisy. We loved the communal kitchen and getting to know other travellers and having a chat with Francesco the manager.

The property is very close(walk distance) to the Arena Di Verona and other turistic attractions. The room was nice, clean with a big bathroom. The owners are very nice and doing all to help you feel very welcome.

Francesco, the host, was such a lovely person. Nice and helpful. Both to his guests and to his employees, witch says all about a prson. It felt like staying with friends. Ai Leoni has such a nice atmosphere. The breakfast was according to a B&B. The bed was amazing!!! We both thought so 👌 We stayed in Rome No. 3, witch comes with a big terrace. So lovley! Would definitely recommend the place, and come back for another stay❣️

The location was very accessible by bus from the train station and city centre. The facilities were clean and comfortable. We liked that there was a/c and elevator making it comfortable in the summer time. The check in process was self check in with great instructions to follow. The place felt very cozy and homey. Overall great experience would highly recommend!

Francesco and his family are excellent hosts and make sure that everyone is accommodated for in his lovely guest house. He is there every morning providing food and helping with travel information. He even printed tickets for us. During the remainder of the day and evening we were free to use the facilities and the kitchen. Verona is a wonderful city and Francesco is justly proud of it. There is a bus stop right outside but the property is very quiet.

During check in (we arrived late) the building was hard to navigate. Finding light switches, figuring out if the elevator worked or not (we ended up taking the stairs) and so on. Signs are not big or shown.

Typical Italian breakfast, with cold things left in the fridge instead of out on display to get warm. That was nice! We were told we were given the room with the balcony because we were travelling with a dog. The balcony was definitely a highlight of the room and the whole place!

We had such a fantastic stay here. The room was spacious and clean with great amenities of soap/hair dryer. The location is brilliant and a beautiful short walk to the centre of town. The hosts were super accommodating and welcoming and put on a tasty breakfast spread.
