Street quite noisy and area busy, but once inside room , pretty quiet.

David was friendly, helpful, courteous and efficient. The room was spotlessly clean and fresh water, coffee, tea, snacks replenished every day. Very comfortable, spacious room and bathroom. Plenty of hot water. Great location, close to station, restaurants.

The area is not great, and we felt quite intimidated by the people hanging around in groups. Lots of litter everywhere but easy to get to the train station.

The chair in the room broke under me, I took a picture of it. I think it might have been old (vintage) or eaten by termites, the wood was disintegrating. There's a really strong smell coming up the drain from the bathroom. Like really strong. It's quite annoying that on every device you restart the wifi you have to physically go to the reception every time you disconnect.

Location and price quality were good, the co-workers were also very nice as well as the outside mini-coffee corner and having a small balcony. It also felt safe with so many locks.

The outside and entrance a bit off putting, but once inside excellent.

The room and en suite were excellent. Great attention to detail. newly refurbed shower room, plenty of nice towels and wash products. Coffee machine, kettle, plenty of refreshments ie water, juice, tea, coffee and breakfast products. David was extremely helpful giving us directions from train station and meeting us outside, helping to carry bags.

Although the hotel is close to the railway station, that is an advantage, area around the hotel consists of garbage and suspicious persons. The hotel is not fresh and furniture is partially dirty. Reception was out of service at the morning, so we had to open the doors, put bags down and return the keys without assistance

Very friendly staff, they want to make sure that you have a good stay. Nice big room with a clean and good bathroom. The location is close to the trainstation, not directly in the middle of the city center, but you can take a metro and walk it. Also space to sit outside, so you can find some retreat when staying in the city.

The location even if it is very close to the central station was not great. A looot of rubbish around, but I guess that's not the fault of the owner.

The room clean and tidy, towels changed regularly, breakfast was sufficient (selection of pastries) with coffee machine available in the room. Aircon working well. Staff nice, friendly and accommodating. The room was different to the one we booked, but it suited us well.

I didn't like the noise, very noisy city and very dirty We expected Naples to be a clean European city, but we were disappointed with the city, many migrants from Africa, a lot of garbage everywhere

the owners were very nice, ready to help with information, every day the room was cleaned, towels were changed, it was stocked with snacks, coffee, tea, water and juices

The room did not really have a window to open, with smells of cooking all day and not the best ventilation. It was ok for the price and the location.
