Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Location bit far from Como central but the nearest station 7 minutes walk was ok. Just satisfied as B&B.

We had a disabled room and the toilet flush button was faulty, it needed some tweaks to stop the water from running continuously. Only one socket for the whole room (with USB as well) so clearly not enough for two people with several gadgets. It was also charging fairly slowly.
Easy check in and check out, very accessible parking and also a garage on site. Close to Como (driving distance). Very clean and helpful staff! Very good for short stays

a bit further from the city center than expected (our own mistake - was in the decription). Unfortunately our car was broken in during the night whilst being parked in front of the hotel at the hotel parking. Some of our luggage got stolen, as well as phone chargers etc and some small change for parking. with hindsight we should have used the hotel’s parking garage. all in all; it left us with a sour taste. staff waa helpful to provide tape and a vaccuum cleaner.

The room desigh was way too simple, if they added a little bit of coziness, the impression would be greatly improved.
Good choise for an overnight stay on our way to lake Como - simple but clean and confortable beds, very good breakfast. Automatic receptionist available after reception closed - that was very helpful because our flight delayed and we arrived after 11 pm.

No complaints whatsoever
We have stayed at B&B Hotel Como before when travelling in Europe and always enjoyed our stay. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the breakfast excellent value for money. The staff are wonderful, always helpful and willing to engage with you. We also appreciate the secure parking arrangements.

I couldn't believe I was getting free parking, very spacious room with good renovation and large w/c, great choice for breakfast for very reasonable money. And it's almost in the centre of Como. Special thanks to the helpful staff for their prompt response to my requests.

The room without windows is pretty big but noisy, there some fan noise going pretty loud all night. No idea where the noise comes from since we could disable the ac and that did reduce the noise a bit. Had a lot of trouble sleeping the first. Breakfast area is small and confusing and some of the options felt store bought.
Interesting location as a base to explore the lake and surroundings. Underground parking is free and has plenty of space never close to full during our stay. Breakfast was ok.

Friendly staff, very welcoming and knowledgeable. Breakfast is great and lots of variety of sweets, yoghurt /-and bread. Room spacious and clean, comfy bed. Location to visit Lake Como is good and very close to the train station.

I didn't like the fact that it had a leak in th room from the air condition. In the middle of the night we had a very romantic lake into the room from the ceiling.
