I didn't like that the elevator did not work for the 3 days, and the mattress from day one was not clean and still not clean till we left. There is nothing of tissues or water catel to heat water to drink any hot beverages.

Difficult to return back to the room after a night out unless you drive. Out of order elevator for all 4 nights of our stay. An alarm started ringing at 8ish am on a Sunday morning with a warning or an official apology.

Stayed for 4 nights, air conditioning didn’t work from day 1. They said they would get maintenance to look. Maintenance never came during our entire stay despite us asking reception to get it fixed. Way too hot in the room. Was offered no discount or compensation for the facilities being faulty when we paid for them.

Poor facilities and staff lacked basic manners and customer service skills.

My best friend was getting married at Lake Como and therefore, the bridal party all decided to book into the same hotel for convenience and enjoyment. There was 1, maybe 2, working plug sockets in the rooms (we were 3 females sharing a room) and so, made it very hard to get ready. The front desk staff was extremely rude and unhelpful, the customer service is the worst I have ever experienced whilst travelling. Any request seemed a lot of hassle and they were very abrupt and blunt with us.

At the time of booking, we were under the impression the location was in walking distance to lake como, an hours walk in an unfamiliar location was not best appealing. The location itself was very residential, and did not feel very safe walking about as a young female. However, this was the general feeling regardless of the day out in lake como.

The rooms were very modern and well-kept, cannot fault the cleanliness of the hotel. Wifi connection was also great. Hotel offers parking facilities, which although i didn't use was a nice touch. Staff at reception and check-in were lovely and very accommodating. Close to train station aswell. Shower pressure was exceptional.

We stayed at the hotel whilst visitting family in the area, it was local and very close to the centro area so suited us completely. To say we were shocked at how good the Hotel was is the understatement of the year ...professional, friendly, helpful, informative but above all else it felt like family had welcomed us....sooooo friendly its unbelievable.... Breakfast was varied and fresh, reception was a breeze, and the rooms are very very clean and tidy, bed was uber comfy ...in short the whole thing was an experience we enjoyed thoroughly..

Reception staff on 18 Feb 2023 morning girl with long hair was so rude and not friendly at all and even did not allow me to check out at 12:30 PM even I am genious member Nd she she said there is no Genious booking.com member allowed foe little late checkout and she kicked me off . to checkout no later than 12:00 pm sharp. and breakfast was so little look like hostel breakfast.

I love that it is so well maintained and that facilities and services are well thought out! Location is quite convenient as bus stop/train to city is super close by. I actually preferred staying in Como Camerlata instead of como lago where the city centre / touristy area is.

Everything was perfect during our stay. The value for money of the hotel is excellent. The breakfast was great. There is a free parking in the basement and a bus stop right in front of the hotel. Tickets can be purchased at the tobacco shop next door. There is a restaurant / brewery (Il Birrificio di Como) 400 meters away. The hotel staff is very kind and attentive. I would especially like to thank Andrea who helped me to get an mini USB cable to charge my GPS equipment.

phone isn’t working to call down to fix the auli. con that’s not working. plus the wifi is as good as airport wifi. in other words rubbish

2nd time here.. I have to get up at 4 am and the AC isn’t working. I’m Scottish! I need it cold to have any chance to sleep till 4am
