Apartment was on two floors and there was only the air conditioning open at second floor, so the apartment remained very cold at the first, because normal heating was not activated there.

The list of features on my booking did not match the room. Some things were not finished - what has been finished in the room is lovely. However, the fact that there is no wifi will be the thing that would prevent me from staying again .

Lovely easy 20 min walk from town centre. Great kitchen. Great shower. Very quiet at night. Close to good supermarkets. Having keyless entry was great. Location is the best thing for me.

The problem was that apartment was pretty small for 3 people. There was no stove or electric kettle. And there was no curtains on the window that would block the streetlight coming right in to the apartment where the bed was located. The pictures on booking didn’t really fit the apartment that we booked.

Apartment was good condition, the bed was comfortable. Close to Milan and surrounding cities. There was fridge and microwave! Parking close to the apartment.

The wasing machine was not clean so using it was impossible.

The rooms are good, spacious and well equipped. The parking a bit private so thats nice and safe.

Unfortunately there was no warm water in the shower. This was critical for me since I had to take a late night shower between a party in the evening and a wedding ceremony the next morning. However, at 1am I discovered that there was no warm water in the shower even though the regular tap had hot water. Moreover, the situation was made worse by the blocked shower head. There was practically only four lines of water flowing from the shower in all random directions and it took me half an hour to shampoo my hair under that drizzle of cold water. As I mentioned I had to go for a wedding ceremony the next morning, therefore I couldn't postpone it. The manager had ensured me at the time of check-in that warm water is available. This is the reason why I haven't given any points in Comfort.

My reception was a little bumpy since they changed my accommodation on the day of arrival but luckily the new location suited me better than the original one. The apartment was small but cozy, and had all the regular amenities. The cleanliness was also ok. The manager gave me the breakfast basket for the next days. It contained the usual cold breakfast options like packed croissants, cookies, jams, honey, Nutella, and milk etc. The Wi-Fi worked great. Besides the attached bathroom, there was also a mini dressing area. Although this apartment was right down the street in front of the Arcore train station, it was very quiet and peaceful at night.

We experienced a black out on our first day, but we contacted the personal and the issue was fixed by our return later that same day. An alternative room was also offered as solution.

The personal was all the time polite and helpful. They even agreed to save our luggage after the check out even if the service wasn’t provided, which was really convenient.

Mainly the fact that your urgent requests are ignored....

It's a great place overall but needs some gd maintenance and the staff just don't reply to your requests....in 5 days shower head wasn't working and despite having informed from day 1 nothing was done and one can't exactly stay without a shower. Breakfast is basic, all in pre packs but plentiful.

The apartment is quite spacious. Built in kitchen is the asset. Nearby, there is an ALDI and good communication to the highway. The personnel is very friendly and polite.

I didn't find the cookies for the breakfast, only the tea, sugar and coffee cialda.

The big space of the house and the room, the bed was so comfy, the bathroom was beautiful and all the house was so light and welcoming. I felt like home. Hope to go book this apartment again for the weeks I had to do smart working! :D
