This b&b is in a great location - literally on one of the main roads of Palermo. The building didn't look very inviting, it seems as though they have trouble with the local council keeping the areas tidy, however once you step into Delle Vittorie, it's like you're in a different place! The room was spacious and clean, the bathroom was quite big too! Breakfast was the best we have experienced in Sicily - plenty of choice including pastries, fruit, cereal and yoghurt. Giuseppe was on hand to give restaurant recommendations which was great. The girls who worked at Breakfast were lovely too. I would recommend a stay here.

Perfect location to explore Palermo, right in the historical centre, everything in walking distance. Friendly staff, great communication prior to arrival, very comfortable, spacious and modern room. Complimentary snacks available all day was a nice extra touch..

finding the office on the third floor was a bit sketchy. BUT, once inside, everything was nice

The location was good but in a side alley. Very walk-able. The staff was very friendly. At first glance, the building looks pretty rough but once inside, everything was very nice. Breakfast was good. The room was very well appointed! Nice!

I would have liked full weat bread for breakfast. Parking was a problem due to the traffic. Towels were not refreshed during our stay.

I liked the beakfast. It was delicious. The interior was beautiful. The B&B is situated next to Via Maqueda. Via Maqueda is a busy, major road leading through the center of Palermo. Beds were marvellous.

The room was dark, facing the semi covered atrium so hardly any light coming in the room. Also noise coming from the bar in the atrium

Since checked in much later than expected, we had a little bit of problem getting in but Giuseppe had sent the instructions on WhatsApp just a little bit later after we arrived. perhaps it would have been good if the instructions would have been sent in advance but it wasn’t a big deal after all.

The location is exceptional and it is very clean. Very comfortable bed and quiet for a good night sleep. excellent breakfast and very good variety.

Great location, right in centre of old town Palermo and close to everything. Despite the busy location, the sound proofing of the room was superb - we could hear virtually no noise from outside. Very spacious room and bathroom. Would stay again.

Needing to place used toilet paper in the trash rather than flushing down the toilet is annoying.

The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was newly remodeled and lovely. The room was spacious by European standards with a couch for sitting. The breakfast was quite nice also, with water and snacks available in the breakfast room at other times of the day. There were many restaurants very close with lots of shops, too.

Highly recommend. Clean, comfortable, and charming. 1. Location is amazing. walking distance to many attractions, restaurants and bars. There are streets that can look sketchy, however we didn’t have any issues or see any questionable activity. 2. Parking is about 2 blocks away in a closed off garage. we had a mid size SUV and was able to fit.( we had a car to drive across Sicily, only moved the car once we left) 3. Beds were comfortable, and the bathroom was clean 4. Amazing hosts. Martina and Giuseppe both approachable and attentive. Martina reached out prior to arrival, and was beyond helpful for late check in. I would definitely stay here again! we were upgraded to a deluxe family room( comfortable for 2 people)

We arrived in the morning and could directly enter our room. We felt very welcome. Upon arrival we got contacted personally if we needed a transfer from the airport. The rooms and establishment were very clean. Breakfast was nice. The establishment is located in the middle of the center. Rooms are very quiet. At departure we could leave our luggage and got a spare key. Great service if you have to spend your day still in Palermo. We would really recommend a stay here if you visit Palermo.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast exceeded my expectations by a mile. The room and bathroom were modern and comfortable. Located in the centre of the old town near many of the tourist / historical sites.

The rooms are excellent actually much much better than some 4 stars hotels. The staff are very friendly. Breakfast was delicious and our room was very clean and tidy every single day of our stay just like how it was when we arrived. What a pleasant experience , we are definitely coming back next year. Thnx alot for calling the cab and making sure we were enjoying our stay.
