Our room was exactly as we expected, providing everything we needed for a comfortable and pleasant stay. Giada was a wonderful host, always quick to respond to any questions we had on WhatsApp The location was also good, just a short walk to the A Line metro. Additionally, there were a few charming cafes, lively bars, and a handy supermarket close by. The neighborhood itself was quiet and safe, adding to our overall sense of relaxation and security.

We spent there 2 nights and we do not had a hot water. (Sydney room) The 2. night we used the other room's bathroom... it was a solution but we paid the same price.

Giada, the owner is helpfull. The accomodation is extremly clean, the mattress was comfortable. Location was perfect.

We had a problem with the hot water. The host was rude. When we kindly and politely asked why the price on the check was different from what we paid, she started screaming in Italian.

Need to walk about 10 minutes to metro station, but it is doable. We cannot cook hot meals in kitchenette but there are nice coffee, gelato and restaurants with good value nearby.

Clean and modern B&B, great to have a space in the fridge, welcoming and helpful host, comfortable large double bed, nice entrance hall with a well equipped kitchenette to eat a cold snack. Host booked my taxi to go to the main train station and answered my questions very promptly.

The toilet door doesn't close to the end and it's just infront of the bed !! We saw an insect . There was weird sound from the air conditioner.

The host Giada was very nice and helpful, she speaks little English but writes well. She also allowed us a one-hour late check-out.

I wasn’t aware that there is a kitchen used for all (even though we didn’t bump into anybody during our stay) but this isn’t for cooking, just for making tea etc, and we could use our rooms section of the fridge. The location isn’t in the centre of Rome so you need to either use the trains or use the buses which take you into the centre, using Citymapper helps since the bus stops can be confusing to find in some parts of Rome. The shower wasn’t great, it kept going from really hot to really cold.

It was clean, well organised and communicative by the host Giada who was very helpful and friendly! I liked that there was a view of some of the neighbourhood it was cute. There was some tea and coffee making facilities. It was nice that she prepared some water in the fridge for us, and also some cakes on the table!

It is a charming place in an authentic part of Rome close to metro line A. The bed was comfortable and the place was well equipped. The host Giada was very nice and had good communication. Everything was clean. Nice streets and charming local cafes in the vicinity.

We liked everything and would happily stay here again. There was a small kitchen there. We did not have a meal plan which we knew, but it would be nice to be able to use the kitchen. I suppose there are guests though who would not treat the equipment very well. We were able to use the fridge which was handy.

Our apartment room was just as expected. It had everything we required for a comfortable and pleasant stay. It was extremely clean and was serviced after the second day which we were not expecting and was a nice surprise. Giada was a wonderful host. She always replied immediately to any questions on WhatsAp, even late at night. Location was good. Walking distance to the A Line metro which takes you to most of the attractions and there were a few cafes, bars and a supermarket close by. A quiet and safe neighbourhood.

Breakfast is the only thing we didn't like, I would call it a snack rather than a breakfast. Every day it was the same snack (croissant, cake, jam, dvopek, milk, juice, coffee, tea).

The room was extremely clean, also, the location was excellent. The host was always kind and available for all questions and advice.😊

As the toilet and the shower are shared the only thing that annoyed us a little bit was we weren't able to lock properly its door. We believe it is easy to be fixed.

Giada greeted us the moment we arrived and showed us all the facilities. The place is in a quiet area and you can have a good sleeping time. It offers a good bed, toilet and shower are deep clean and overall very tied.

I liked the loctaion of the room, and the attitude of the Owner.

Every morning a pack of italian toast, coffee, and some pastry were at the table. The room, and the bathroom were clean and tidy. The contact with the Owner was good. Everything from the description of an offer is available at the spot. The location of the room is good. The subway station is about 10 min. walking. Getting to the city center takes approx. 30 min. I would choose it again.

Great location with good connection to metro station (700m) and if someone like long walks, not so far from the main city center attractions (4 km to Colosseum). The room was very comfortable and all You needed was available (cold water, juice and milk in the fridge for each room were excellent surprise).
