Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

GeorgiaWe had a very clean, comfortable room, the location helped us easily get to wherever we wanted to go in and around Naples. The spirit of the city could easily be felt here in the territory. The staff was very attentive, it was important for us to check in the room before the check-in time and they helped us. Breakfast in the morning was very convenient and quite satisfying. Everything was clean and comfortable. The space was quite big, both the bedroom and the bathroom, I was pleasantly surprised.

PortugalNear the stay location, the streets at night were silent, but due to being a little “trashy” and dark it was kind of scary. We got off at the “central station” coming from the airport in the “AliBus” and we were astonished with the amount of homeless people. We could hear a lot of sounds coming from other rooms and the corridors, so privacy was compromised. The bed was really close to the room door and the door was a sliding door, which seemed to be fragile (Probably the reason we could hear noise from other rooms).
It was really clean! Fresh towels daily. During the day a 20 min walk gets you to the historical centre. Bed and pillows were comfortable and breakfast was ok. We arrived at midnight, which was unfortunate because of our late flight. The staff helped us as best as they could at that hour. Staff was friendly ;)

The location is great, a very short walk from the central station. The room is very new and the whole B&B is kept so tidy and clean! Facilities are also in perfect condition. Breakfast is good as well. Most importantly, the owner is very kind and friendly! You can tell the nice couple is running this place lots of care :) it’s a pity that we only get to stay with them for one night, but next time I come to Naples, I’ll definitely stay here again!

United KingdomThere is a big homeless contingent near the station, certainly nothing that can be helped and is expected in any city, but something to note nonetheless!
Good location near the train station, of you're using it as a base to travel further afield. Mario is a nice guy, gave me some good advice when I arrived on getting around the city/metro stops etc. Room is cleaned and tidied daily which is a nice touch.

United StatesIt was a bit far from the old parts of Naples that I wanted to walk around in. Took me about 15 minutes to get to the interesting part of town. Not terrible for me since I don’t mind walking. I’m actually unsure if Naples has a metro and if I was near one.
I was completely shocked when I entered the room that it was so clean and modern. The hotel is a few blocks from the train station which is not the cleanest of areas (come to find out this is part of Naples’ charm.) so when I checked in and opened the door to my room I was blown away! I really liked it. And the bathroom had the most spacious shower I found in Europe. A full shower I could move in. The check in process was done via message and I didn’t actually see anyone till the second morning, but no problems. It all worked smooth enough. Finding the actual entrance to the hotel was a little confusing. I wasn’t used to Naples architecture so stopping at a giant double wooden door and having to enter a small wooden door inside it was new to me.

PortugalNothing.
We had a wonderful stay at this Neapolitan B&B! Mario and his wife are wonderful people who really know how to make you feel at home. We asked for an early check in and to leave our bags on the last day so that we could walk around and visit the city and they immediately said yes. It was very easy to contact them through Whatsapp whenever we needed something or ask for tips. They've given us really good suggestions such as a well known restaurant really close to the B&B and great nearby supermarkets. One last thing, the cornettos just freshly cooked and the capuccino with vegetable milk we had at breakfast are to die for!! We would definitely stay there again. Grazie mille!!

FranceMaybe the isolation could be better, or put some placards to indicate to the other guests to stay quiet in the corridor
I had a wonderful stay at this B&B ! The host are a lovely couple, and they will do everything to make your stay as great as possible. One morning I had to leave really early for an activity and they prepared me a Box with things to eat, thank you for that ! Location is between the train station and the old city center which is perfect. I came back alone every night and had no trouble in the area.

The location was very good. There was a supermarket 'Superò' close to the B&B. It was barely a 5-minute walk from Naples Central Station, ideal for train excursions. Breakfast was definitely fine. We had a choice of different breakfast cakes, fruit juices, fruit, treats, etc. There was also egg and bacon. More than enough, in other words. The room was very clean, it was cleaned every day. Towels were provided and changed every two days. Recommended for short as well as long stays. The staff were also very friendly. On the last day, we had to leave early and a takeaway breakfast was suggested to us. Very kind. Thank you!

Super clean, newly decorated rooms. It’s a small family B&B converted in one of the many grand apartment blocks near Naples train station. Convenient also for the airport bus and the ferry port bus. Super friendly owners and an excellent breakfast. Totally recommended.
