My stay at this accommodation was absolutely fantastic! The location is ideal, with great connections to all the major attractions and important places. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the room was perfectly equipped with everything we needed. The beautiful balcony was a wonderful bonus! The host Mauricio was incredibly kind, radiating positive energy and an excellent sense of humor. Every restaurant and location he recommended was top-notch and truly enhanced our experience. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!

The bed was slightly firm for our tastes but that is just personal preference.

Property is in a good location with great restaurants nearby, and a short walk to the metro. It is clean and very well stocked with everything you could possibly need. The owner was very friendly and gave us good recommendations. Easy check in and check out - able to leave our bags for the day once we had checked out.

I prefer the bathroom to be inside the bedroom and a breakfast ticket to an outside bar to have fresh beautiful Italian cappuccino and croissant before leaving.

The very clean facility and convenient location for the night stay before the return flight because it's so close to the train station to the airport.

Nothing!!

Maurizio left nothing to chance. From the moment we arrived we could see his attention to detail. Firstly, there was a parking garage very close around a corner from B&B Easy. It was extremely easy to find and convenient. Upon arrival there were delicious snacks including focaccia and wine. The shared kitchen was so well organized. Each room had its own space in the fridge and a breakfast/snack basket as well. The room was immaculately clean and well organized for an excellent stay. The proximity to Rome was so convenient. We love to walk so it was about 25 minutes to get to the area of the Colosseum. I highly recommend staying here. We were able to walk to a great restaurant and there was a coffee shop nearby.

This place is so well thought out that it supplies everything & lacks nothing. Mauritzio’s directions from the train were so clear & helpful, then he was there to explain all the facilities. We loved the clean, bright decor, the supplies in the shared kitchen so well provided for what’s to share & what’s for each of the 4 rooms. Comfy bed & extra pillows. Everything!!!!

Maurizio is really amazing man. He suggested the best places. The hotel was really peaceful and clean. You can reach to hotel with only one train from Fiumicino Airport. And there is a metro to go to touristic places and bus station.

Very well organized. Walking distance from Circus Maximus and Colosseum. Breakfast was good, coffee was great! My room was very quiet. Good advice from the host about places to eat and some experiences to get.

Our host Maurizio was amazing. He took such great care of us and made us feel taken care of and like a valued guest. His advice about Rome and Ostiense made us feel like locals! One of the best stays we've had with any host. The place was close to the city centre, lots of great restaurants and the best gelato in Rome!

The pillows were very squishy. Having a more firm option would be nice. The breakfast was self serve with mostly packaged items. More fresh choices would be nice.

The host was responsive and provided recommendations. The room was equipped with TV options in many languages. The shared kitchen had reserved space for each room. The fresh croissant in the morning was nice. We were also provided with our own yogurt and milk. There is a cappuccino maker. The bathroom had some toiletries.

Maurizio is very hospitable and was happy to explain everything to us and recommend places to visit. For me a pleasant surprise was the hair straightener in the room. Getting to all the places was very easy.

Great location, very close to the old town. The apartment is suitable for four people to stay. Shortly before check-in, the host sent detailed instructions. The apartment had everything necessary for a comfortable stay. We loved everything!

We had to go across the hall to get to our private bathroom which wasn't a problem in the end.

The owner was exceptional - super nice and easy to communicate with, told us everything we needed to know and provided great recommendations. The breakfast was lovely with so many choices and a fresh croissant every day which we loved. The room was nice and the whole house was really cute and lots of thought was clearly put into it. The bed was super comfy and the room was cleaned every day.
