This property is amazing. Maurizio has  made one of the best stairs in Rome. Everything is clean and fresh. So many thoughtful touches. So many conveniences available for the stay. I could rave all day about this awesome apartment. Definitely stay here if you have the chance.

It was the best decision to stay at this hotel. We chose a room with a jacuzzi and it was wonderful. The owner is a very pleasant and kind person who warmly welcomed us, told us everything, and recommended many interesting places. Very clean and in a great location.

I loved everything. Can not find anything that was not good.

The accomodation was one of the best accomodations. Extra clean, with really everything you need. The room.was cleaned everyday. The owner really thought about everything his guest might need ( even ear plugs). The bed was really good, and the room also had all kinds of cute accesories- a led string light, a little make up table etc. The location is amazing- 5 min away from train, metro and also with busses in front of the accomodation. There are a lot if restaurants, gelaterias, caffes, supermarkets near to the accomodation.The host was great with a lot of useful tips and information, and he was so kind to let us leave our baggage since we arrived a little earlier. Will come again for sure!

The bedroom was small but had enough space for two people and luggage. There was a chair and a desk but two for two travelers would be great. One of us had to sit on the bed. The bathroom was excellent with quality fittings and products.

so clean and had absolutely everything we needed! smart tv, led lights, great shower, razor, hair dryer, jbl speaker, shampoo… maurizio thought about every detail. the hotel was close to a metro station, to a great fast food pizzaria called Alice and to the BEST gelato in Rome, La Romana.

The noise because the rooms 1,2 have common bathroom on the hall. Our room had private bathroom and it was ok.

We loved the location, near Colosseum and near good restaurants to eat pizza(Alice) and gelato. Maurizio is a nice person, he give us a lot of useful informations about what to visit,where to eat. The room was cleaned every day,the towels changed every day,it was equipped with all useful products for the hygiene, iron for hair,hairdryer, shower gel,shampoo.

I liked everything about this placey! 😊 Good location, very close to metro, super breakfast & coffee service, room is perfectly clean, Netflix and Alexa and other extra amenities. As a solo traveller, I was a bit nervous to wander too far from the location of the Hotel in the evening. Its best to stick to main roads as poor street lighting in the area. I didn't mind that too much after a day of sightseeing.

It's close to the piramide underground, making it a great location to get around Rome. It was clean and comfortable with great facilities Inc hairdryer and straightners. An improvement on the hairdryers you have in other Hotels in Rome. I felt safe and comfortable and loved just being able to grab a coffee in the kitchen and chill in my room. There are restaurants, cafes, supermarkets nearby. The host Maurizio was friendly and really helpful.

Bathroom was very small, breakfast was just ok nothing great about it. The person in charge didn't allow us to use the common washroom after we checked out which was very surprising (common who doesn't let you washroom). I would have rated a 10 but this was a turn off and not being customer centric.

The hotel was located at a convinient location. Less than 100 m from Bus stop and about 500m from metro. The owner was very warm and welcoming, room was good enough for the price they charge.
