The stairs, but I accepted that part willingly and of course the building was authentic Italian living!

The location was wonderful, right in the middle of town, where the nightlife was very lively. The rooms were very comfortable and the rooftop patio was lovely for an early cup of coffee. The host was exceptionally friendly and attentive - she insisted on helping carry my luggage up the stairs and made sure I had whatever I needed.

Everything was great - only thing that would have made it better was an umbrella for the rooftop patio so that we could enjoy it during the day.

Great location in the heart of bustling Sorrento. The rooftop patio was beautiful and the room was cute and comfy. Annamaria was a wonderful host and we would recommend her B&B to anyone!

Many stairs to walk up (and down). The place is in fact, a tiny garrent/extension on a roof - stuffy, low ceiling, small bathroom with super tiny shower cabin. Lot of noise until late evening through little windows overlooking one of the major tourist alleys. Breakfast produce are basic and long term ones. Surprisingly early check-out (9:30 at latest).

Very good location. Nice, private roof tarace. Comfortable, hard beds. Very clean and well kept. Nicely decorated. Caring, available and very helpful owner. Decently equipped with A/C, fridge, microwave, kettle and nespresso machine.

Loved the location right in center of town! Convenient to all sightseeing places & shopping. Walk up is not too bad, good exercise after a nice big meal

We are travelling for a long period of time and have considerable luggage, so getting up and down the 3 flights of stairs was a challenge for us. The ceiling in the apartment was on an incline. Annamaria reminded us to take care with the height of the ceiling, but that didn't stop us bumping our heads multiple times.

Loved Annamaria's approach to greeting and making us feel welcome at B&B Frai is the best we have received. The accommodation was very well presented and the bed was very comfortable Annamaria had many optional things like water and limoncello for us to purchase and consume, which was great. The B&B had us right in the thick of things in Sorrento Annamaria even helped get our luggage to the rooms. That is going above and beyond!

Nothing!

The location was not only perfect, the place itself was beautiful. It was walking distance to the main town square, restaurants, shops, and the beach. The host was also helpful with any questions we had. The room itself was equipped with everything you would need. Our bed was comfortable, the room was spacious, we had air conditioning to survive the heat. The host provides provisions for free, like coffee, biscuits, etc. There are also a lot of things for purchase like water, limoncello, artisan items, etc. Annamaria herself was so lovely!! She met us downstairs, showed us around the room and checked in with us all the time to make sure our stay was going well!!

If you have large luggage, it is tricky taking these up to the room, as there is 3 flights of stairs and no lift.

Perfect location in Sorrento. Room was clean and had all the facilities needed. Beautiful rooftop area with loungers and chairs. Annamaria was a lovely host and happy to help with anything. Highly recommend.

"Breakfast" part of the B&B was packaged toasts. Lots of knick knacks for sale. A drying rack for laundry would be helpful. The price of the roof terrace is a lot of steps!

If you don't like a beach with many tourists (like Marina Grande), Bagni della Regina Giovanna is highly recommended

On the top floor of this house there was everything you could wish for: a beautiful room, bathroom and not least a large roof terrace with a nice view. Annamaria has decorated the room with really good taste, and you feel really comfortable both in the room and on the roof terrace.

We enjoyed everything about the B&B Frai. If there is anything there are only stairs to the apartmentbut that suited us and we knew when we booked.

This gorgeous B&B was in the heart of the historic centre of Sorrento only steps away from the main street where you find all the shops, cafes and restaurants. There is a beautiful terrace with lounge, sundeck chairs and shower to cool off. Breakfast was supplied croissants, cake, biscuits, jam and biscuit toast. There was a coffee machine and kettle and fridge. Our host also supplied bottled water and juice in the fridge on our arrival. The room is air conditioned and is like an attic with sunroof and windows with flyscreens. The wifi was great too. The apartment is inside a palazzo on the third floor hence the gorgeous terrace. Our host Anna Maria was so helpful in arranging a transfer for us from Naples Centrale and messaged us during our stay to see if we needed anything. You are about 8 minute walk to the station. So much to do in Sorrento and from Sorrento. There is a great view point only 3 minutes walk away at Villa Comunale not to be missed and about 7 minutes walk away you can visit the authentic rustic Marina Grande. We stayed 3 nights and were fortunate to be there during Ferrogosto holiday and witnessed the fantastic fireworks!

The B and B was up a few flights of stairs, which I didn't realize when booking. But, the stairs were very do-able and allowed us to enjoy a gorgeous view.

Annamaria was an incredible host! She let us check in early based on our travel scheduled, offered to help with our trip plans, and came by to see us off after our stay. We loved the quite rooftop B and B with a gorgeous view of the cliff side. The B and B was only a 10 minute walk from the main ferry port and located right near the center of town. It was also very quiet and we had a personal roof to enjoy our morning breakfast and espresso. Would absolutely recommend as a central stay for Sorrento and the surrounding coastal cities.

The bathroom, small under the slanting roof. The shower cabin very narrow. It was ok for three days, but would have become a little uncomfortable for a longer stay, especially in the warm season. The pre-packaged breakfast could be better. This is not something that we didn't like, but it may be important for other travellers - there is no elevator, but the staircase is wide and scenic, with pots of flowers and an outside view.

Excellent location, right in the centre, but on the top floor, so no noise. The terrace is very nice, with ample seating and an outside basic shower where our son had fun. Excellent communication with the host. Nice room, very comfortable bed. The room gets heated very quickly, because it's under the roof, but the air conditioning is very good, so by the time you go to the toilet and take a look around on the terrace the room is cool again. Also, very important for us, it doesn't blow directly over the bed. Thoughtful little things on arrival, such as two big bottles of cold water and milk for our son.

Lots of stairs to climb with the luggage. The roof of the room was diagonal so I heat my head several times.

Despite being marketed as a B&B, the breakfast only consisted of packaged goods with no way to do any dishes. Some glasses at the property were dirty on our arrival. The bathroom had a persistent weird smell, even though we aired it out constantly. The shower is also quite small.

The location is perfect with good access to anything you could need in walking distance. The host came by a couple of times to check, freshen up the rooms and leave some food. Having a roof terrace was great and provided a good outlook over Sorrento. Annamaria checked in with us via Whatsapp daily and was very engaged.
