The mattress wasn't great: it felt as if it was collapsing at the sides of the bed and it was neither supportive nor soft.

No breakfast included, but excellent location, kind and helpful staff and clean and beautiful rooms.

The single sheet toilet paper from a machine in the bathroom is a NO from me.

The location is so central you are literally in the central hub of the historical centre, they also offer a kettle with tea and coffee free of charge which was appreciated, I only stayed one night however if I was there for longer maybe a mini fridge would be good especially in the summer months, the owners also very kindly let me check in early too, and left maps and local info in reception which was extremely helpful.

Budget room (not sure if it is the right title) AC or some other device in front of the window. Super loud. Did keep me awake for the moat of the night. Having the window open during the night is not possible due to the constant noise.

The shower : water seemed to take a long time to heat up as well and comes cold again. AC didnt seem to be working on heat...

The hot water played up, between getting cold and hot. One of the rooms' shower was a bit small but the other shower of the other bedroom was quite big, plenty of room . Also the air conditioner didnt seem to heat up the room.

We could not open the balcony crates, but it wasn't something of great importance. The light buttons in the staicase should be lit up, cause they are hard to find if you return late at night :)

Location, very close to the Duomo, bus station and main touristic areas. Few meters from Piazza Santa Maria del'Indirizzo, which place (at least on Sunday) is full of people having drinks. The room and bathroom was sufficient for short stay for we traveled with just backpacks so didn't need much space for bags. After check-out we could leave our backpacks there to wander around without additional weight and collect them just before the travel to the airport.

The property can be found in the heart of Catania, very close to the main attractions and right next to restaurants. The same street turns into a market during the day. The check-in process was very easy and the host provided all the necessary information beforehand. The room was well-equipped. All in all we enjoyed our stay here.

The room was the same as the photos, clean and in a very central location. Also the staff was very helpful. The negatives are that it smelled a bit strange, like fried food, and the pillows were a bit hard, but that didn't bother us much since we spent most of the time exploring the city.
