Spacious, clean room, equipped with air conditioning and a small balcony. Private bathroom outside the room. Close to public transport, the station and the center (Duomo, Via Etnea). Giuseppe is very nice and very helpful. He provided us with many valuable tips on sightseeing, communication and places to eat. Delicious breakfasts - a croissant and a hot drink delivered to your room! We recommend - very good and inexpensive accommodation in the center of Catania.

I have traveled a lot but here I experienced the worst service, simply unfriendly. I don't recommend this place. Even before I had arrived, the only message I had received was "Check in? what time?” It really doesn't take much to say hello politely and ask what time the guest will arrive. And then it only got worse. I had the impression that the guy there couldn't wait for me to leave. During check-in, he scolded me for arriving so late (after 10 p.m., and the offer includes check-in until midnight), even though I had told him earlier that I would tell him when I would take the bus from the airport - as sometimes happens, the flight was delayed and I had to wait for the next bus. Moreover, the room I got did not match the one in the photo. The structure does not offer luggage storage. Breakfast was ok, but even though I ordered it for after 9 a.m., the guy started banging on the door at 8:25 a.m. Fortunately, I only spent one night there. I won't go there again.

I loved how every morning Giuseppe would wake us at our requested time with fresh coffee and croissants. Also he was so lovely enough to go to a pizza shop for us late in the evening when out just eat ordered didn't arrive. And how every time we went out he would greet us and how every night we came back no matter how late he would wait up for myself and my friend to make sure we both got back safe he was amazing and I will be difficult be going again.

Weird neighbourhood, one gets a feeling he's not safe. The bed was not comfortable, and there were random hair on towels. We slept badly as someone was throwing up in the middle of the night. There is only one bathroom for plenty of people, and while both of us were in there for 15 minutes, one was knocking on the door constantly, reminding us this is a shared bathroom, which was rather annoying.

Breakfast was delicious and the room is close to the centre.

Giuseppe was such a good host from the booking agreeing to waiting for us until past 1am due to a delayed and redirected flight. So kind, we were exhausted.The building is such an interesting place to stay. Giuseppe provided chilled water and goes out to get the breakfast from a local patisserie.

We loved everything! The room was absolutely clean and tidy. Giuseppe is absolutely great person! He greeted us, gave valuable advice about what to visit. We asked him where we can taste the local wine and he brought us a bottle of wine as a gift, it was so sweet! He keeps everything super clean in casa, very kind person who hosted us amazingly. He always asked what kind of croissants we want for breakfast, they were always freshly baked and super tasty. The day of our departure he accompanied us to the nearest bus station to the airport and gave us a pack of local sweets to bring to our family as a gift. He made our trip even better!

I was very happy during my stay

The accomodation is central, was clean and tidy. The host was very kind. He offered a bottle of cold water when I arrived as in Catania was hot when I arrived. The room was quite spacious and bed comfortable. Toilet was clean and spacious too. All worked well. He explained me about details how to get to areas and visit. Host enjoys receiving people. I never experienced much hospitality. I appreciate the gesture. In the morning, Intend to wake up quite early to explore the area as much as I can. He even offered to adapt to my early time to have my breakfast. Pistacchio croissant, quite popular in Sicily, which was very nice. I highly recommend to everyone who wants to visit Catania to stay.

There was no wifi, although in the description of the room it was listed. A cockroach came to us to say hi. Bathroom is shared and a part of shower's cabin was damaged/missing and dirty. Towels and sheets are very old and gray (would be appropriate to buy new ones for guests.

The host is very nice and helpful. He gave us recommendations where to go and to eat. The room was quiet and clean. the air conditioner was working perfectly. In the morning we received the topical Catanian breakfast (with croissants fresh from the backery). He help us to arrange transportation to the airport as is was our last day in Sicilia. The building is located close to the historical center and to the port, so you can get there by foot. The streets around look a little bit sordid due to some abandoned buildings but it is characteristically from this part of the city. We have a nice time there and by Giuseppes B&B.
