Francesco is lovely and has everything planned for his guests. Very good recommendations, lovely breakfast and is really quick to respond. The room and B&b was more than I had anticipated. The room was big, the ensuite is ideal and offers privacy. The bed is comfy. The location is more than perfect and Lecce is stunning.

Everything was great!

Francesco was right on top of everything! I felt very welcome and it was great to have a place to drop off my bags so that I could freely walk around and discover Lecce. He supplied me with great places to eat and visit in the city. Francesco had everything that I needed easily available. It was a nice place to stay for a visit in Lecce.

It's about cleanliness. Inside the room, we feel it's not as much clean. Some dust on the floor and under the bed.

Location is good, close walking to the central of Lecce and all historical area. Francesco is very friendly and very nice. He brought us a fresh pastry in the morning and give us detail about Lecce. Free parking is not too far, only 5mins walking to the property.

I had reserved a room but I was upgraded to a complete appartment, 1 room, kitchen and big bathroom. Francesco was kind and friendly. He came in the morning with a delicious pasticciotto.

there was a gas smell but we sorted that. that could have been when I used the stove. needed to open the windows to freshen up.

it was accessible to the station but also in the Old City. not difficult to locate. the host was readily available.

We reserved a single room with bath B&B and were upgraded to a small apartment at no additional charge. We had a kitchen and the breakfast provided was packaged pastries, juice plus everything to make coffee. Also fresh locally made pastries were delivered every morning. We were very comfortable and in walking distance of the sights of the old city and many bars and restaurants, but on a quiet small alley. Francesco advised on on avoiding the restricted driving zone and recommended a free parking area. We will stay again if we return to Lecce.

I was travelling with my daughter and we had asked for twin beds but got the room with the double bed, but this was only a minor issue.

This was an excellent location with the centre of the old town only 5 minutes walk away and also the train station. Francisco was very helpful and gave us great recommendations for places to eat. We really appreciated the air conditioning as it was 34 degrees while we were there.

Very uncomfortable bed with damp dirty stained old pillows that were hidden in pillow cases, shower tray was very mouldy… poor cleaning Breakfast was simply puglian cake and as many shop bought cakes you could eat, this is not what I expect for breakfast!

The bathroom is not in the room. The building is very old and has uncomfortable smell . The breakfast is just a fresh croissant, you do be able to make caffè by yourself
