This place was ideal for us for a two nights stay while discovering Taormina (the old city is in walking distance of 700 m). Ideal for families too, it could easily host a couple plus two little kids. Very tidy, thoroughly cleaned rooms with extra comfy beds. Wonderful breakfast too! Can't recommend enough, we'd glad to be back.

Absolute perfection! Starting from the view which is spectacular, the rooms are cosy and beautifully decorated. Charles even came earlier than usual to make us delicious breakfast before we continued to Etna. Lastly, there was parking available which is very, very important when visiting Taormina!

Great location, with a beautiful view from the terrace and close to the center of town. You can easily walk there. The host is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are big and clean and the breakfast that is included was very nice as well. I definitely recommend staying here.

The location is great, just a 15-minute walk to the center. The view from the terrace is breathtaking,which you can enjoy with the great breakfast and also the company of a cute cat. Also a good place to see the sun rise. Charles, the host, was amazing-he can write in reverse direction and speak very good English, always available and ready to help us with anything we needed. The rooms are colorfuly decorated, very beautiful and clean. We fell in love with the place the moment we arrived. There's also a shared kitchen, where guests from all around the world can enjoy like a big family. Parking in Taormina is quite challenging, but don't worry, there's a big parking spot here and Charles can help you with the parking. We will return if another chance back to Taormina.

I am hesitant to say anything because we really enjoyed our time there. However, I think in our room the mattress and shower stall have reached their expiration dates and could be replaced.

The people and the view. Charles was the perfect host-very kind, hospitable and professional. The view from our Isola room was fabulous. The private terrace is large and the view magical. It’s a short 15 minute walk to the Centro area. The included breakfast was very good. We looked forward to it each morning. The room was large and comfy and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It’s a very boho hippie chic kind of place with lots of ceramic art and plants. A very relaxed and attuned to nature kind of vibe😊

1. The location is good. You need to hike for about 20 minutes to reach there but it’s definitely worth it as you could see the view in different angles. 2. The staffs were friendly, helpful, and speak English very well. 3. The room was clean and it was quiet during the night. 4. You can enjoy breathtakingly beautiful view at the balcony and it would be lovely to chitchat with other travellers from around the globe.

La Terrazza sul Mare was the best place we stayed in Sicily. The location is perfect, just a 15-minute easy walk to the center, which is charming and vibrant. The view from the terrace is breathtaking, and the host, Charles, along with his team, was amazing—always available and ready to assist with anything we needed. The rooms are colorful, beautifully decorated, and impeccably clean. We fell in love with the place the moment we arrived. There’s also a shared kitchen, which we found very convenient. One of the highlights was the parking spot, a huge plus since parking in Taormina can be quite challenging. We will definitely stay here again whenever we return to Sicily!
