It was close indeed to Tiburtina (train) station and had a bus stop at the front so you only had to cross the street. But it was quite far from the centre (30 min drive) so on a tight schedule it could either mean a lot of changes in transport mode or be willing to pay $$ for the taxi.

The host was so nice, very diligent, replied super fast to any request or question on whatsapp. Overall the room was neat. Although there was no breakfast available in the accomodation per se, they redirected us to a close coffee/bakery spot that was very good! The cornettos were amazing!

The apartment was very nice, not noisy, very comfy, but as a minus, the “breakfast included” meant some vouchers at the nearest cafe bar, from which we could have in each morning only one coffee/cappuccino and a croissant (we would have liked a little bit more food in the morning). Also, in future, it would be good to put some disposable slippers, because the floor is a bit cold. Overall, we enjoyed the staying here.

A little far away from the common attractions, but it is close to the metro though, so not a big problem.

The host was super nice and friendly, and the room was clean and bright. I do like the modern style of the flat. The breakfast provided was around the corner and served nice pastries with many flavors. I do recommend this B&B!

It is close to the main street and a little bit noisy if you are sensible like me.

The host is amazing! Very helpful and nice! You should know though that the breakfast, (exceptional at Monaco Pasticeria) is typical Italian: only coffee and croissant or other types of cakes.

I was missing some coffee in the room (there was only tea) and hair conditioner in the shower.

A nice and cosy stay, close to Rome Tiburtina train and metro station. The manager was very friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and well maintained. There is no breakfast on site, but you get a voucher for the cafe on the corner.

Its a tight squeeze in the lift going up - but thats not the owners fault !

Entry is via an automated system - very simple and easy to operate. Breakfast is via vouchers at a local cafe - it works !. Located about 7 stops on Metro B from Rome centre. Bedroom is very clean and comfortable. The kitchen area (which we didnt use) was very clean and would appear to have everything needed if you wish to cook. Great communication (via Whatsapp) with the owner. If youre on a budget then this is an ideal place to stay.

The accommodation was perfect and the host was very nice and understanding, and she answered very quickly to our questions. The room is clean, the wi-fi is working very good, so is the air conditioning if you travel during summer. The sheets were changed regularly and the staff made sure that we had everything we needed. We recommend it with much love!

The room was well set up and the bathroom although small was very functional.The room was very clean, bright, modern and tastefully designed. After overcoming some issues with sending through information to set up keyless entry, the entry code for the room was easy to use.

The air conditioning in our room was faulty and would change settings on its own and spray water. We were only provided with 1 duvet/comforter when there were 2 beds in the room. I would have preferred to have had a key to main apartment building door, as I have been charged by my phone company for the calls I had to make with opening the door. I also didn’t realise it would be a shared kitchen.

Short metro ride into the centre. Close to the train and bus station if you are planning on seeing other parts of Italy. Good facilities (such as a fridge in the room, breakfast tokens for local cafe, TV with Netflix and good wifi) , decent sized bathroom with a nice modern shower. Fairly small sized room but made for a great base, as we were out everyday seeing the sights.

directions to the property were VERY unclear, and would cost extra to have someone assist you in finding the location. I recommend including a photo to alleviate this confusion. The extra charge for assistance is quite off putting, and not listed until after you have booked the trip.

Hotel was far away from the city center but we knew it and it was ok.

The room is so clean, spacious and useful. The kitchen has everything you need in the common area. Bus and train stop are close to hotel and it was good.

The location is very far from the city center. The room was a little bit small. The apartment can be noisy if the rest of the rooms are occupied.

The host is helpful and precise. The room was very clean and well equipped, with a very comfortable bed. The bathroom, was also very clean and well equipped. The place has shared kitchen which was always in a good clean condition. Also, they provide you breakfast coupons, but we never used them. The apartment is in a walking distance from a major transportation hub - central station Tiburtina, where you can catch metro or city bus, or any kind of transportation that can connect you with other locations in Rome or Italy.
