Great place to stay in Lecce. Terrace apartment was nice and comfortable. Very quiet. Everything worked well. Breakfast in the cafe was the best we had on Via Francigena. Dinner in their restaurant was also excellent and as guests we received a 20% discount! A nice surprise.

Location and being on the rooftop with views of the main cathedral and a church. Breakfast at the cafe was nice to start the day.

It is easy to confuse the waterheater button with the light switch. The bathroom is tidy and modern. However, it is very narrow. It was not a problem for us, but it could be for some.

Very clean, staff were very nice, it was everything we needed. It was great to have an elevator to transport our luggage to our room on the top floor!

Since this property is inside, the city walls there is no parking. And parking is very difficult there.

The properties located at the center of the city. It’s a beautiful property very comfortable. The breakfast that is included was amazing. We also ate at the restaurant and it was very good. I definitely recommend this place.

Non look-through glass door as main entrance to the room (on the left a bathroom, behind a proper door, and further the room, behind another proper door).

Location is perfect, super central and very convenient to explore the city on foot. Personnel, the same as the bistro, were very friendly and they give you a discount at the restaurant downstairs, which is very tasty. Breakfast is included. The room was spacious and clean and had AC.

Outstanding. Clean, spacious, comfortable, centrally located, friendly staff. Wonderful breakfast at the restaurant included, even offered scrambled eggs and bacon. The Miro restaurant had great local food with friendly staff. Highly recommend.

There was nothing I disliked.

Fantastic location, right by the Roman Ampitheatre in the centre of town. We booked the room with the rooftop terrace which was great for watching the sunsets. Great breakfast, plenty of choice - fresh orange juice!! You also received 20% off food & drink, which was a great bonus.

The only reason I have marked this as a 9 & not a 10 is that there wasn’t a kettle in the room, the air con wasn’t cold enough, another unit would be good on the other side of the bedroom & there wasn’t a parasol on the roof terrace so too hot to sit there in the day & eat.

We booked a junior suite which was on the top floor with a lovely roof terrace. The staff were really friendly & helpful & it was great that the restaurant was open late as our flight was delayed & we didn’t arrive until 10.30pm & we were still able to have something to eat & a glass of wine to start the holiday. The breakfast was great with fresh orange juice & delicious pastries. It was situated in the pedestrian area of the old town in front of the most beautiful church.

Loud vibration noise in master bedroom from other air conditioning units in property made sleeping very difficult. The lighting in the lounge was also very dim
