Owner is super nice person, very wellcoming to guests. Rooms are nice and clean. Breakfast is also very good. This is for sure one of the best places in category velue for the money.

This was an absolute gem of a property! We really enjoyed our stay and were pleased with everything. So much attention to details, warmth, kind hosts, delicious breakfast and beautiful Trieste which brings nostalgic memories from our childhood when we used to go shopping here. Highly recommended! Host are great and warm! Will help you with everything you need. Apartment was neat and tidy, everything felt like brand new. Parking is in front of the apartment, so that is great. You have 10-15min walk to Canal Grande. Apartments are located on a hill, but it is not a problem. Grocery shops are close. Alessia and Paolo did a good job. Wonderful hosts!

A step hill if you are walking It may seem a little far from the centre, but easy to walk and several buses.

Paolo and Alessia were such lovely hosts! The whole check-in process was very pleasant and straight-forward. Located in a quiet neighborhood at the end of a narrow road in the heart of Trieste. Such a tasty breakfast experience with lovely and caring people. They also gave us useful tips for a delightful stay - restaurants, gelaterias, bus connections, parks, beaches. Would definitely book again!

As regards the accomodation it could not be faulted. The only problem anyone with mobility problems may have is the last two hundred metres or so which is a stiff climb from the main street and bus route to the property. It gets easier the more times you get to the property.

The breakfast was excellent with a good varied choice. The hosts where very helpful for local details , Alessia is a very good cook as shown with the cakes provided. Local buses make getting about easy with a newsagent very near.

It has a slightly complicated entrance for a large car, but that's how the city is, with many sloping streets.

It was a good idea to stop in Trieste. I really liked the city. It was my first time in a B&B. Alessia & Paolo make every effort to make you comfortable, good people.

The roads near the hotel were extremely narrow. Getting into the gate was an ordeal and I could easily have scratched my car, so be aware if you have a large car.

I love these family-owned Italian B&Bs. The owners were very friendly and helpful. The room was exceptionally clean and well equipped. The only thing missing was a fridge, but Paolo was happy to let us keep our food in his fridge. Breakfast was served in the room and very tasty. It was also an easy walk to the city.

Street to the apartment is narrow, but if you have good driving skills it won’t be a problem. Appartment was a bit small.

Location (near to citu centre - it takes you approximately 15min on foot). Host was very friendly, nice and helpful! Breakfast was good. Free Parking is a plus!

Paolo was a very good host, very helpful. The accommodation is on the hill, but quite close to downtown. Breakfast is better than many hotels. Bathroom was really spacious and comfortable.

The location is on a steep hill and with narrow acces for the car but this is my personal issue and not something to be taken against the host or the property.

The hosts are very polite and nice couple. Paolo is always cheerful and helpful. The breakfast was also great and delivered to the room each day at agreed time sharp. Bathroom was especially enjoyable.

The warm welcome of the always smiling host Paolo was a sign that we chose the right place in Trieste. Great value for your money. Clean room with all the small things you need. Bulk of towels, amazing natural shampoo and shower gel (just wow 😊), choice of teas and coffee, many power sockets, fast internet connection and beautiful a la carte breakfast, served warm in the morning.
