The location is perfect, it's in the old town in one of the lovely streets but easy to find. Our room was clean and comfortable. The shower is amazing and they offer all sorts of toiletries if you've forgotten something. Our host was friendly and helpful, he suggested bars, restaurants and attractions to visit. His map was really useful! There was nothing to dislike however the stairs are really steep so it's not suitable if you struggle with mobility. I'd thoroughly recommend this place to a friend.

A lovely place with fabulous value for money! Located within the old town and close by to the famous pasta streets and some great restaurants and a very yummy ice cream parlour. The hosts were wonderfully kind and helpful with directions around town.

Great place, everything is very well taken care of, looks brand new, has comfy beds and a good shower! Breakfast was amazing and plentiful! On top of that Antonio is a great host, he gave us recommendations for the city (you can fully trust his food recs) and helped us with luggage and directions. Super recommend!

The building is historic, and the stairs are very steep (I’d estimate around 60 degrees). This is not a drawback, but if you have any physical limitations, it’s something to keep in mind.

The hotel fully met my expectations and truly deserves a high rating. It offers an excellent price/quality ratio. Signor Antonio is an exceptionally pleasant and hospitable person who runs his business wonderfully.

My room had only a rooflight.

Very quiet very central, 5 min from bus stop for the airport shuttle. Thoughtful provision of everything (toiletries, plug adaptors, guidebooks, umbrellas). Nice and warm (early February) In the sitting room/reception free coffee machine and fridge with drinks yogurt and fruit. Lots of breakfast choices. Antonio was very helpful with tips about places to visit.

There was nothing. Just be aware the steps to get to apartment are steep if you have any issue with ability to walk up and down but we didn't have to carry our belonging which made it very manageable.

First, Antonio, the owner and host was amazing. So helpful sharing information about the old city. The steps to get up to the room are very steep and he was there for both check-in/check out to carry our luggage. They were very thoughtful in the items they choose to create a comfortable ambiance from the bedding to there ceramics used for food and drink. The location is easy to find as it is right across from the castle and on the edge of old city; the famous pasta ladies are actually right out the door. Our breakfast could be wheeled in to the room so we could enjoy while getting some work done, etc. Hope to come back soon.

The accomodation is located in best location of the old town near the castle. All sightseeings and great restaurants are in a walk distance. The old town itself is super clean, safe and wonderful for a walk even at night. There are steep stairs inside the accomodation, but the owner helped us(ladies) with the suitcase. Beds were very comfortable, room was quiet and enjoyable. The whole property is clean and gratly taken care of. The owner was super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was amazing. We highly recommend this place!

The staircase is a bit steep and narrow but and might cause some inconvenience but it was all fine for us. Antonio helped us with the luggage!

The property is exactly like the photos or maybe even better! Antonio was amazingly helpful with meeting us and helping us with our cases up the stairs. He gave us some excellent local tips on dining and places to visit. Breakfast was great and we ate too much!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, which is perfectly located for exploring the city. Alice and Antonio made my visit exceptionally easy and comfortable, providing helpful directions before my arrival and maintaining constant communication to address any potential issues. The room was impeccably clean and well-appointed. Antonio even personalized my breakfast based on my preferences, which was a lovely touch. His directions around the city made my tour enjoyable. Long narrow staircase up to B&B which was challenging for a senior with knee problem. This was informed in advanced, and as the building is in the historic center, to be expected. Antonio graciously helped with baggage.

There is a very, very steep staircase in the entrance to the property, which is not easy for some one elderly or disabled.

I hope Santa was extremely helpful, place is meticulous and charming. Food is delicious and the rooftop is incredible. Attention is paid every detail.
