Breakfast in the cafe is a chaos and it is smelly inside, I would not eat breakfast there. Toilet paper was run out, given that the front desk only works until 13:00 I had to text the staff on whatsapp, no attention. I finally found a storage room myself and took our the paper.

It was very difficult to find at night when we first arrived. The pictures on Booking.com are very flattering; the rooms would benefit from updating. The bathroom smelled of drains each morning.

The air conditioning was a life saver. The location was excellent for walking to the centre. The staff were excellent, as was housekeeping.

Noise ! couldn’t sleep well during 2 days no isolation with the windows and between the rooms it was so hot at first day air condition was not working well and couldn’t stop the heaters but the next day asked to the staff and they managed it !

The room was quite dark with no view. Also the air con didn’t work for first 2 nights so it was very warm. However it was fixed for 3rd night. Also the water pressure was very low in the morning but ok in the afternoon/evening. Also one of the bedside lights was quite dim and flickered.

Great location and warm welcome from the host. Room was a nice size clean and comfortable which also had the benefit of tea and coffee facilities.

Excellent location - just a short walk from Firenze S.M.N train station. Easy to find and a central location. Great communication with clear instructions for check in. Spotlessly clean with everything we needed for our stay. The apartment was on the third floor, however the building has a lift so no need to lift luggage up the stairs. I would stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for this type of accommodation.

disliked the layout of the room and the lack of door in the main bedroom area and was a bit annoyed that the check info on booking.com is incorrect and had to be messaged regarding a specific check process after booking

Was a little smaller than expected, then again we were three adults with a lot of luggage so it will be tight if you have a lot but still comfortable. They have most things necessary in the kitchen area but they want it cleaned before you leave which is fine but they need to supply some cleaning products and dishwashing liquid. There was a little bit of noise late at night and early in the morning, you could hear people clearly at times so they could work on the soundproofing. The maintainence person did adjust something in the window at some point which helped with the noise. Didn’t hear much after that.

Excellent location a short walking distance from major attractions in the area as well as the train station. Perfect for a short stay as it is cozy, comfortable and had all the amenities that you need including updated kitchenette and bathroom. Both contained most of the things you need while staying there. The breakfast was wonderful and filling at the cafe right across the street. Lots of delicious Italian style breakfast choices including a hot and cold drink. The staff were pleasant and accommodating and addressed any questions I had very quickly. Convenient lift(elevator) as well.

It is located within walking distance of Santa Maria Novella Station in Florence. There was no inconvenience in using the structure inside the accommodation, and it was good to use because the shower room was well equipped and the water pressure was good. It was nice to walk anywhere in downtown Florence, such as the Duomo di Firenze, the San Lorenzo di Firenze, and the Central Market. The reception staff and the room care staff are kind and guide you in detail about your inquiries.

There was an a/c unit in the room but it was absolutely worthless. It was put at 17°C but the temperature in the room was 29°C. We had a terrible night sleep due to the heat. Took cold showers before bed to help cool us down which only helped for a few minutes. Maybe if we visited in the winter this would be a much better review.

Very clean and conveniently located near the train station. Elevators in the bldg so we didn’t have to haul the luggage up.
