Spacious and comfortable room. Great breakfast with many choices. Host was gracious and accommodating. I was stunned by the beauty of the mosaics, they should not be missed. Lots of shops with in the little town and very good food choices.

Too hot in my room and I couldn't turn down the temperature or get the aircon to work. Not really a problem as I could open the door to the roof terrace for a few minutes.

I didn't see an elevator, so for those with mobility challenges check to see if there is one. We didn't have any problem climbing the stairs. A Villa employee brought our very big, heavy bags up to the room, which was much appreciated.

Our planned arrival time was adjusted due to delayed flights, but I messaged the property owners and they acknowledged that we would be arriving a day later. When we got to the hotel, they upgraded our room because our room reservation from the prior night was not refundable, and they also included breakfast the next day. The owners were both very welcoming and their property shows the care with which they host travelers. The room had s small kitchenette, a king size bed and a very large bathroom with a large glassed-in shower with rain shower head - it was a heavenly bathroom and the entire stay felt very luxurious. The property is also located within easy walking distance from several historical attractions and restaurants. The property owner provided us with a map showing where we could buy tickets to those attractions, and several restaurants where we would get a discounts by showing them we were staying at Villa Noctis. Overall a great stay and property - would definitely stay there again if ever back in the area.

This place is an absolute GEM. Very quiet, very secure, very clean. Michel was our awesome host. He was super attentive, informative, helpful, and provided the best one on one interaction. Highly recommend anyone to come and experience Villa Noctis. We truly enjoyed our stay.

The only thing that could have made my stay even better (and we are already at 10 out of 10 as is) would have been an espresso machine in the room instead of the water boiler with instant coffee, but this is the spoiled Italian in me nitpicking.

Great location, smack downtown, and yet quiet. Michele, who manages the place, was professional, polite, kind, engaging, helpful, and made us feel truly welcome. We did not have breakfast there the first morning, but we ended up regretting it because the second morning we ordered breakfast there (you need to place your order before 7pm the night before) and it was excellent and of great value for the price (11 euros). Liked the option to park inside the property as well. peace of mind. Room was perfect, cozy, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Location. In centre of old Ravenna so a few minutes’ walk to major attractions. Parking onsite also a bonus as we did some travelling out of Ravenna to nearby places. Accommodation was excellent with much needed air conditioning to cope with heatwave. And the staff were friendly and very helpful and patient.
