Since it is december it was pretty cold in the room but we manage to warm it up with aircondition.

The location was good, the owner was really helpful and the breakfast was amazing!

We liked the place a lot. It is very close to the center, and you can park close to the main street. The place is cleaned every day. Breakfast is mostly sweets from the local bakery, but it is very good. Our daughter liked the milk and chocolate. We recommend the place.

It is a little difficult to find parking on the streets of Palermo Attention to the streets with limited access

The hosts were amazing. They provided us with information about what we can visit, a map with the points of interest and helped us with parking the car on the narrow streets

Debora was so accommodating, kind and welcoming when we arrived off the ferry from Naples. She let us store our bags and allowed us to eat our breakfast in the dining room. It made arriving somewhere new a delight! Thank you Debora!

The spotlessly clean accommodation is in a steep contrast with the street that is not that clean at all. However, this is something the owners cannot influence and which seems to be a broader problem of this city. A real Palermo experience :-)

This accommodation provides a very good value for money as it's located within a walking distance to historical sights with an excellent breakfast service. Room and a bathroom are spotlessly clean with a daily room cleaning service and have all the necessary amenities incl. fridge with a fresh water, glasses, towels, soap, shampoo etc. The owners were very cordial and provided us with a city map and recommendations. Really nice people :-)

Host was very kind and gave us lots of recommendations for our stay in Palermo. Apartment is not far from city centre, was very clean and had good layout for a family with 2 kids. Very yummy breakfast, freshly prepared every morning.

Nothing. Everything was perfect.

The staff was the best! The owner asked at which time we were arriving and waited for us on the street. He explained what we can do with our time in Palermo. The room was big enough, cleaned with a comfortable bathroom with shower. Mattresses were OK. Breakfast was amazing. It was served by the owner. cappuccino of very good quality, Cornett I, pastries a little pizza and bread. She insisted that we take with us the items we did not eat and we thanked her in the afternoon. They left us leave the luggage until 2 pm. Location was also good.

Host was waiting for us at the parking lot, and even helped carry bags over to the apartment. He was always friendly and supportive. Breakfast was 5* hotel quality. Location is also spot on.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at the B&B. The staff are superb. We arrived passed midnight due to a delayed flight. We drove and was struggling to find the place. Luckily the staff (or the owner, a delightful gentleman. we didn't get his name sadly) was on the street to look out for us. I communicated with a lady at the B&B while we arrived at the airport to let them know we were running late. The lady did not speak English and we did not speak Italian, but she added me to whatsapp so we were able to communicate. Anyway, the nice gentleman helped us to the B&B and found a good parking space right next to the property. I wouldn't know what to do without his help. He and other staff don't speak too much English but they are super friendly and helpful. The B&B is a few minutes walk from the center of the town, it is quiet at night time. It is very clean and comfortable. We had delicious breakfasts: fruits, juices, pastries, coffee/espresso, and they are different every day. We are also offered to take the pastries we could not finish. (We stayed for 3 nights). Close to the B&B there are some local restaurants, where you can find inexpensive and tasty food. Before we departed, the staff reminded us and checked to make sure we did not leave anything behind. I can't praise the staff enough, it truly makes a difference. I highly recommend this place!

The neighbors were very loud until 11pm. I don’t know if it was a holiday or what, but there were kids screaming and crying until 11pm, but they quit promptly at 11pm. Someone started a car at 6:30am, so we woke up to that.

The room and bathroom were very modern and fully equipped. We had more outlets, well placed than we’ve had in other rooms. The host graciously provided breakfast earlier than normal so we could make our flight.
