It was so many flights of stairs up, and we both had suitcases for 15days of travel to carry up 3 flights of stairs. It was also difficult to communicate with the host- they didn’t speak English and we had to go through booking.com to reach them at check in. We rang the bell multiple times without response. The pillows also felt like they were filled with cotton balls- they were awful to sleep on. The walk by the corner of the bed also had a hole in the wall. The room was also dark and it was hard to tell when it was morning with a tiny window. At the same time, we felt like we slept better because it was so dark. 😅

Location: right in the middle of center histórico and super accessible to good food, to culture, and feeling like you’re in historic Napoli. Location felt secure with the outdoor gate. Room: room was a good size and bed was comfortable. The a/c was great.

Cute apartment in Naples. It’s in the center but still really quiet even the night Napoli had won the football league.

No window and noisy neighbours (including dogs barking). Late arrival of the woman who brought our key to the room (had to make a phone call and then wait for 15 minutes, although they had asked about our arrival time before).

The place was clean and well equipped, the water was hot and the bed was comfortable.

Although a bit tricky to get to, we had a great stay here. The room was decent, and we were very very close to all the good restaurants.

unfriendly host, a kid was there because the woman does not speak English. the room is at 2nd floor, they were not even coming down. They say bed and breakfast but there is not even cups or glasses. one teaspoon and a butter knife but no coffe machine or even a kettle. the fridge froze our food. There is a dog barking. The bed has a big hole like the crater of Vesuvio 😩. very uncomfortable. There is a very small window which opens to the inner part of the house with no curtain. This place is only for a bad sleep She could woke up at 6 to ask for 10 eur City tax from us but not giving a reciept. We were asking for the transfer for the airport and they said it is not possible altough it is listed in the services.

The front door has problems with the lock and I had to spend many minutes trying to open it with a faulty key. Unfortunately the phone communication was unsuccessful when I tried to call them or ring the doorbell. I only managed to contact the owners via Booking.com email.

There are a few tourist attractions in the surrounding area and you are within walking distance of many others. There are many places to dine near the B&B. It's about a 15 minute walk from the main train station and airport bus.

I arrived late at night and the person meeting me didn't meet me at the door. The address on google maps doesn't match where the accommodation is, so took some time to find the place.

The location was good. Plenty of shops and restaurants around. It was about a 10 minute walk to the train station.

The lack of sunlight made it hard to decide which part of the day is it. Noisy neighbours.

The room was satisfactory for getting through the night after a long day in Naples. In price -worth ratio was a generous b&b.

The host is terrible, hysterical, and impudent , asking for more money to pay, spamming you with dozens of messages in Italian, postponing the check in and trying to hasten the check out. Only one set of keys for two, main gate is very hard to open. Host kid plays football in their flat next to the room, kicking the ball against the wall. Location is good.
